The kids loved it! My wife has secretly been going there for 5 yrs! Now the secret is out. I will be back. The Manager was friendly and knew the product well. Yogurt that is healthy and yummy!!!

One of the better froyo places around– you won’t be disappointed. It all works and tastes great and fun selection of toppings. Pretty good price and great ambiance. Love the selection of boba and the froyo is well-made with quality. It’s tart or sweet and has a solid, creamy consistency.

Absolutely terrible service. Some of the worst I’ve ever had. The young employee working today was impolite, clueless, and rude. He was sitting down with headphones on and didn’t even speak to us until we approached the register and asked him to serve us. It took him over 10 minutes to prepare a mango boba tea, as he stopped to help another customer before starting our order, even though we had already waited quite a bit. My girlfriend also asked about the Unilocal coupon and his response was«new owner. I can’t take that.» That’s it. Another customer that walked in got similar treatment. No one likes working on a Sunady, but this kid pulled no punches in showing it. He’s representing the business very poorly. I imagine all the positive reviews here are from previous ownership. Also, the tapioca is GROSS. Mushy and old.

The overall rating for this place needs to be updated to reflect it’s current state so others aren’t also misled to try this place on old raving reviews. The guy working there indicated they were under new ownership so he wouldn’t honor the Unilocal check-in discount, but he was also very rude about it and took forever to make my tapioca drink. He went ahead served other customers who had some groupon deal(that he also had a problem with but was able to honor) before finishing up my order. My drink was very sweet(which I do like it sweet) but the tapioca was gross and mushy. The new owners should probably stop offering these side items(or at least the tapioca) from the main froyo product if they’re not going to maintain the quality as the previous owners did(according to the older reviews at least). Some positives: the space looked really clean and I entertained myself with some bright puzzle games/toys as I waited and waited for my drink to be ready.(Note: it wasn’t a busy day of customers at all).

This place is under new ownership as of the end of June. The new owner is still figuring out the business. The store had a 10% off deal with a check-in so I checked in and asked for it and he was clueless…“What’s Unilocal?”. He honored the 10% off deal though so that was nice. I got a boba«tea»…do not make the same mistake. First off the owner was fairly clueless as to the art of boba. They only have about 8 flavors advertised and my wife asked if they had any that were tea based(vice yogurt/smoothie type) and he never quite understood… he kept referencing the boba balls as «boba tea». So we stopped inquiring. Second, the boba was the worst I’ve ever had. Ever. It was about the consistency of licorice… but harder. Otherwise it’s your standard yogurt place with toppings you load on and then weigh the thing. I can’t say anything else than it’s standard like every other one I’ve been too. Prices are inflated, but again, that’s somewhat standard for froyo joints.

The snow ice was too sweet and tasted chemically. The bubbles were ridiculously hard and chewy, obviously far too old and shouldn’t have been sold and needed to be thrown out earlier. You can’t keep the boba sitting around for too old. The fruit on the snow ice tasted unripe, I guess not in season and shouldn’t have been served. The server was friendly and nice, hope they had better food so I can return. The Sonics across the street was better.

Paid 7.50 for my cup of yogurt and I didn’t even fill my cup up all the way and barely put any toppings on. I almost feel the guy there was intentionally scamming me/taking advantage of me or something and that it should have been cheaper.

Pretty yummy frozen yogurt. I love that I can walk here from my house but it smells so weird! Every time I come all the red lights are lit up — mix low. $ 0.53 per ounce.

I love the boba tea here! I always get the green tea. Instead of pouring it over ice, they blend it, making it a creamy and delicious treat! The young boy makes it the best! The pearls — save yourself. They are absolutely terrible, but the drink itself makes up for it. I’ve never had boba tea like this anywhere else! Almost like a milkshake, but not as thick or sweet and much, much healthier! Huge fro-yo selection with great flavors. Largest selection of topping of anywhere I’ve seen! The store is always immaculate — and I mean super clean! Service is friendly, prices are fair. Love this gem in Cedar Park!

Unimpressed each time I come here. It’s a combination of things. But it doesn’t have the fun, light, airy vibe it should for a candy filled froyo shop. The owners work the counter and watch with eagle eyes as you timidly choose flavors and topping. I find myself hypersensitive to what the kids are doing. The lights are dimmer than they should be any way. It was $ 18.95 for four of us. The kids hardly got much and I didn’t either. $.53 per ounce seems really high. The yogurt is not that good. The whole look and feel is off. I miss Orange Leaf.

I was devastated when«Boba Tea» next to the high school closed down because I lve Boba pearls. Shortly thereafter this place decided to start serving it! I love how clean it is in there every time we walk in and how nice they are. The owner gave my husband and son a free cup one of the many times we were there and I can’t tell you how grateful we were for it. Money was really tight and we still wanted to treat my toddler out because he was such a good boy. It may not seem like a lot to give us a free cup of ice cream but it really did make my little boys day! Thank you so much, Berry Cool! You’re a pregnant woman’s dream.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for always being open later than everyone else on these hot summer nights in Texas! I drive past 3 yogurt places on my way here each time simply because of your hours, great selection and the employees that actually seem happy to be there. Love this place!!!

This Berry Cool is a disappointment when I compare it to the Berry Cool on Whitestone Blvd. The quality just doesn’t compare. I have been to this location two or three times and it’s not terrible, but it offers nothing more than your average yogurt shop. When you are paying almost $ 5 for a cup, you want it to be better than this. And I had to learn the hard way that this Berry Cool is NOT the one always running Groupon deals. It’s the one on Whitestone, and they are much tastier anyway.

Negative: It always smells like cleanser inside the shop. Positive: It always smells like cleanser inside the shop. There are definitely worse things for a food shop be than OCD about cleaning! Protip!(LOL!) The cake batter froyo is amazeballs and the perfect base for any sauces and all those(heavy = more expensive) toppings! I will continue to obsessively patronize this great shop for tasty treats with my kiddos and even for myself! Hope you dig them too!

I am now a huge fro yo fan! Berry Cool has great hours too! They are open later than most places on this side of town. Love that! Especially when my fro yo cravings come later during the day. Great place. Clean, lots of toppings, great flavors! I love their sweet coconut, taro and cake batter. Yum! They have popping Boba as a topping. Tastes good and all sorts of fun for the mouth! They also have bubble tea but I haven’t tried it yet. They are a little more expensive than most frozen yogurt places but so much closer to me. I will pay extra to support great places near me.

Agreed, fantastic yogurt, amazing owner, and wildly clean, family-friendly, and oh yeah, delicious! Same concept as many other trendy spots, but the Tart Green Apple stands above the crowd. They have about six tart flavors, and many sweet offerings. But add some caramel sauce to that apple, and hello, what are you, Heath Bars? Yes please. The owner dimmed the lights to just blue LED’s so the whole store could sing Happy Birthday to a child(and there was a candle too), which was amazing and cheerful. Everything about this store is five star — well done!

I don’t have anything drastic to update about this spot. It was perfect from the beginning. But I was so very pleased to see it packed today! Kids, couples, and old folks. All kinds revelling in yogurt. Jay the owner was still greeting everyone thru the door and even remembered my name from a month ago! He talked to us a long time and wow, what a great guy! He just seems really Grateful to every customer that comes in. Kept saying he was so blessed by the good word of mouth, etc. This guy could sell me hot saltwater in hell and I’d pay double for it! Good thing he’s selling fantastic yogurt and fresh fruit instead! So, if you come out to my neck o the woods, first say Hi to me and then head on over to Jay’s. I’ll tag along…
