Traci and the team at Spectrum managed our family home while we were in Australia for 2 years with work. They did a remarkable job. Despite the time difference they would always respond, literally within mins whether by iMessage, email or phone call. I was skeptical as to whether we should even use a rental management company and maybe just sell the house but Spectrum did such a great job, I’m now looking to acquire other properties and have them manage them in the future. Great service. We are now back in the same house and it’s in fantastic shape, as if we never left.

Worst property management company and property manager, Traci Worthington. She wouldn’t show up to initial inspection of property review, she asked for it to be sent to her. She, or owners? avoid any responsibility for broken or missing fixtures like a fireplace we were told they never used and we had to insist it get fixed, that’s when we found a large gas leak in the basement, many broken sprinklers, broken timer and torn window screens, insisting we take care of things ourselves or don’t use them. They have refused to clean the dirty windows on the second story since we pointed them out — and their policy expects us to be responsible for these issues? That’s what we are seeing happen. When repair persons do show up they complain about how far it is for them to drive from (two county’s away), and didn’t fix the problems, we had to try multiple times to get repair service. Water is shooting out from broken heads, timer goes off every 12 hours and multiple dead spots on lawn. Fertilizer weed control sprayed without notice so sprinklers wash it off. Requests for window screens repaired or replaced (missing) denied. Their customer portal system to contact or request anything is awful to use. Very frustrating never use this Spectrum company or Traci Worthington. to manage a property. It’s like anything or any way they can avoid taking care of they will. :(
