My boyfriend placed a to-go order this past Friday and he waited for about 25 or so minutes. He finally talked to one of the new managers and asked why it was taking so long for 2 orders, she told him«Sorry sir, but our sit-down customers are more important than our to-go customers.» Umm, the last time I checked, to-go customers paid the same exact same as sit-down customers. Needless to say, we will not be back anytime soon. The manager(s) are rude and unprofessional, you don’t tell ANY customer that they are less important than anyone else.

My 200th review and it’s not a spectacular one! ~queue the dissapointment~ Friends and I landed here on a Friday night — we were a party of 7 at about 8pm and the place was far from packed. There was some ‘no you take them, no you take them’ discussion amongst the servers right in front of us which was a little insulting. The adults ordered maragritas with patron and they were muy bueno… the food… not so much. I ordered the street tacos and would have preferred to leave them on the street. My daughter was semi okay with her quesadilla but the only winner seemed to be the fajitas. We decided to plan better next time and go to a place we know will have good food. oh well! I guess you can’t have everything all the time…

I would come here a lot when I was a bit younger with family. I had not been in awhile so I came to have a quick dinner. The food was not what i expected at all. I ordered a peach-mango margarita and it was watered down. I tried the shrimp, chicken, & beef fajitas. The meat was not tender or flavorful at all… Very bland! We ordered an appetizer and it came out with our meal so by the time we finished the appetizer our main meal was warm. I was not happy at all and I see why i had not been here in awhile. I will not be returning!

Visited today and it was karaōke night. The crowd was bearable but the staff looked surprised and as if they were overwhelmed. The service was less than expected because once we sat down we had to waive over to help us since they appeared glued behind the bar. Once we finally got our food the food runner left it and no silver wear. Once again we had to try and hunt down a sever for utensils. Once our drinks were empty halfway through our meal no one checked on us and we had to wave down the server again to try and get another margarita. The bad thins about it was that the manager appeared to be behind the bar with the other two female severs just as lost as the servers/bartenders. I’m usually a regular here but today I was not impressed. I believe some training is in order here. On the compliment side, the Barbacoa plate was really good and the burrito plate was great well. Good job kitchen staff!

After a not-so-bueno Los Lupes experience a couple of years back, I swore off the restaurant to make myself forget about my poor car being burglarized. Well, fast forward two years and I have ended my Los Lupes boycott. A friend wanted to do lunch in the Cedar Hill area and I suggested Los Lupes. Honestly, the reviews on here are a mixed bag but I know Los Lupes so we tried it anyway. We were promptly greeted when we walked in the door and asked if we wanted a booth or table. Chips and salsa were quickly provided and we decided to try out the $ 2.50 blue margarita deal since it was Friday. We ordered the chicken enchiladas off the lunch menu and they were fabulous. Our waitress was attentive a
