So sorry we ever stepped foot into this place, but the urgent care center was closed. We went in with a recurring issue, which was explained to the attending nurse and physician. The Dr entered with little to say, not even a greeting with his name. My husband explained his situation and he had not been in an accident. 30 mins later a CT scan was administered«as a precaution» and then the news was delivered and given the meds he needed! Duh, we told you all that upon arrival, Regardless, we received service, yet we received a whopping bill over 7k bucks. We called, they said no worries this is standard billing, you’ll receive a bill later. Later another bill came and the bill was over 2k for a simple ED visit, we called to dispute the charges and asked what they coded for insurer to pay. At that point, Anta became very unprofessional and stated«WEBILLEDYOURINSURANCEATLEVEL5WHICHISTHEHIGHESTLEVELWECANBILL. Really? So what you are saying is up are price gouging with a ridiculous Facility Fee Charge over 4k? I’m confused. Tried to resolve this matter, came to an agreeable amount and then was told, sorry we can’t send you a new billing statement with the new charges? I can not recommend this stand alone ED for reason that are very suspect in my opinion and obvious All I want is the BILLTHATSHOWSMYNEWLYAGREEDUPONRATETHAT I will be responsible to pay based upon our conversation.

We paid $ 450 to walk away with nothing but a little gift bag. We turned around and spent $ 70 at another clinic to find out my husband has gallstones! We will likely NOT return nor will we recommend this facility!!!

I initially gave this place a great review. Now I say, RUN — don’t walk — away. Read more about this place on Ripoff Report, Google, and BBB. Unless you are bleeding to death, do not go here. They charge a $ 600 «facility fee» on top of the cost of X Rays and physician’s costs. Almost no insurance company will pay for it. The woman at the front desk told me, «You have a $ 300 copay, we will verify that with your insurance and send you a bill. 6 months later, I have bills totaling $ 1500 stemming from a single ER trip for a SPRAINEDFOOT. Also, do not trust the Unilocal reviews. They offer all their patients a $ 5 gift card to give them a positive review. Conveniently, the gift card gets sent out BEFORE the bill…

Had no trouble went straight back, but the doctor didn’t address all of my concerns. I asked the nurse to check with him, but nothing further was done. I have been there before with my daughter and service was excellent! Everybody has a bad day. I would go back just a little more time was needed since I was the only one there on Monday.

I just went right before Christmas, and I love it here! I had a URI, and had trouble getting seen by my primary physician. I felt terrible about going to the ER for an upper respiratory problem, but I was miserable. I remembered that we took my spouse here, and so I called my insurance to see if! st Choise was covered as urgent care, and it was. I didnt mind the co-pay, and I love how you can download most of the paperwork before you even arrive. It was quick, I wrote down my symptoms, and I was done. Less than 1 hour from check in to check out. In any ED in the metroplex, I would’ve been there all night, and I feel guilty using ED services like that, when they have bigger issues at hand. I think this is one of the BEST urgent care facilities in town. And, before I forget, the staff is great. Quick and thorough are the first things that come to mind.
