Honest and excellent service while getting my quote for a new system. The owner came out and gave me multiple options while his competitors only offered me one. He really knew his systems and was very polite and trustable. He came in the least expensive out of five quotes. The only reason I’m not giving this company a higher mark is because of the actual installer of the machine. He was a touch rude, unfriendly, and took very long breaks. His breaks were about twice as long as he said they would be and sometimes much longer. On the last one he took I had to go get him twice to finish the job and found him chatting on the phone. The last time he stepped out and said he’d be right back, he finally resumed an hour later.
