I read the other review from last summer & have to say I was shocked to read that. Several of our friends & neighbors store their boats at Mile High Marine so they came HIGHLY recommended from several different people. We talked to the owner Mike when we were looking for our boat & he had several boats that were for sale but he matched us with the perfect boat for us. Mile High had done all the work on the boat since it was new & so he knew 1^st hand how this boat was maintained. We stored our boat with him. Mike is extremely knowledgeable & extremely professional. I have never know him to be rude. The entire staff is great — they remember our names every time we go in. I would recommend Mile High Marine before ANY other boat storage or service on or off the mountain. Here is ONE of my above & beyond example from Mile High: August 2013, several family members rented a house on the lake for a large family reunion. We had the boat & we were taking everyone on rides & skiing, etc. On the 1^st day, our boat started sputtering & so we drove into Inland Boat (they are right on the lake) but for some reason, both of their mechanics were out for the entire week! I was shocked that they would let both their mechanics off during the peak season in August, but since they were unavailable to fix our boat, we called Mike. Mike picked it up & called me the next day at 8:30am to say it was ready & launched it back on the lake for us. He saved the family reunion for us.
Please see for yourself before you make a judgment against Mile High Marine. Anyone could have a bad experience with a business, but I can say from several years of experience Mile High has always exceeded MY expectations

My husband and I have been customers of Mile High Marine for 10 years now. From the first time we experienced boat issue while on the lake, Mike was first to the rescue. Over time we have purchased a boat from them and have always had it maintain by them. The prices a great, service is great and customer services gets an A+. We have recommended Mile High to our friends and they to can’t say enough.

We had our boat serviced last year at this place for the first time, and after meeting the owner, i had a bad feeling about getting work done there! When asked questions about the work being done, he got really defensive and borderline rude! I finally said to him that i am asking these questions because u are the professional that knows about boats! The annual service done was not top grade (we had our boat serviced at Inland Boat at the marina this year and the engine NEVER sounded better!!), plus i honestly believe they dripped some corrosive liquid onto our back vinyl deck that stained and ruined it. It deteriorated and ripped after last summer and we had to get it replaced this year!
Not a good experience overall…
