Had bad experience with customer rep with attitude. Obviously just wanted us out so tried to belittle us and imply that our phone had to be sent in and we would have no service for six weeks. Hope she’s gone. Customer service is not her calling.

Well my journey began with a 10:30 visit where I had to write my name on a list to be helped after 15 min and being skipped over I walked out unhappy, came back a 2:00 put name on list, list got screwed up again and a half hour later they told me we no longer sell batteries, I bought my phone there a year ago, are u kidding me they are nothing like the company I knew I’ve had my phone with them since cell phones started and this will be my last I recc no one put yourself through this frustration and anger life is too short speaking of short I will short their stock and change vendors. Really really bad experience.
