Just had a nightmare experience with this company. When we walked in, the guy tried overcharging me by $ 20 and said that he wouldn’t be able to help jump the car. Not an issue, but as I walk out I see the car is parked in such a way that my car can’t get around to connect the cables.
My boyfriend and I go back in and ask him kindly to pull the car out so we can jump it. At the same time we ask, his lunch comes in, and he says it’ll be a couple minutes. We share with him that we really need to get back to work and he kept going «uh.okay» with the most uninterested and mean tone. When asking how long ‘a couple minutes’ would be, he said 10 and as we were walking out said «We aren’t charging you anyway!»
We sit in my car for 20 minutes and he never comes out. Luckily, we found someone who was willing to help us. in total it took 10 minutes. I can’t believe how rude the first guy was. I will never use this company again and advise people to go to another company.
