They were apparently out of salsa when I was there and I couldn’t get ANYONE to understand what salsa was. The food was dry and not worth bothering to ever go back.

Food is mediocre. Service is horrible. There have to be rodents or cockroaches, or blatant thievery or a threatening/​unsafe atmosphere for me to give just one star. So, it reluctantly gets two.
