All the way from Georgia and we stop to eat at a food truck. This was the BEST meal we had while in Cave Junction. We stayed in Cave Junction for a couple of days and then went to Crescent City CA. We stopped on our way back to Medford for lunch! The first day I had the pulled pork nachos. The second time I had a pulled pork sandwich with slaw and mac n cheese. It was amazing!!!

This is a portable bright yellow smoker, food truck, the very nice man who owns this is name Tom, he sells Brisket and pulled pork, he can make tamales, tacos, burritos, and much more spaghetti, lasagna, I wish I lived in Cave Junction Oregon because I will be grubbing on this everyday. So yummy and he had smoked salmon, taste so good and sweet. His coleslaw can be a little better, This is a «Smoke Truck» not a salad truck so the judgments should only be based on the meat, and it was good. The juices from the Brisket were pouring out of my taco and my tortilla never got soggy. I really love this area, this truck and the owner is so nice.
