The items here are beautiful and authentic, but there is not much variety and the audience is very slim and specific. Many large pieces of furniture and art, all of which were very fine but well outside my price range. I admired a soup tureen and found it was $ 100. I looked at a pretty plate that I might display and it was $ 39. The painting I liked from the«sale» bin was $ 210. I get it — there are expenses in finding and shipping the items, customs expenses, a sparsely merchandised store to keep, so I’m not saying the prices aren’t fair or legitimate. Its just that for me, the style was so far apart from anything in my home it would stand out outrageously and the prices were outside my usual antiques/vintage treasures price range. If you have a yen for authentic french antiques and no budget limit to speak of, this is the spot for you.
