The bozo who owns this store ran his Fountain Hills store into the ground. Overpriced and the business model is outdated.

You HAVE to be kidding me. HOW are these people are still open is beyond me. If I could give negative stars I certainly would; one star is FAR too generous.
1) DON’T treat me like I am an idiot just because I am a female. I BUILT the computer and I put in some pretty damn nice parts. You would think I know some things about computers or at least have some common sense of how to look up information, yes? Yes… I do. I just happen to lack some of the tools, time and disposable income needed for diagnosing idiot problems between hardware. Seriously, guys. Automatic updates? Give me a break. Don’t throw out blanket statements in a condescending tone to make me feel like some idiot with a pair of tits who didn’t know any better.
Not to mention if I am telling you symptoms of what the problem (s) are… WRITE THEM DOWN ON THE TICKET so you don’t make me sit around several additional days waiting on you.
2) If I entrust you with my BRAND NEW computer (AS IN BRAND NEW CASE)… don’t hand it back to me looking busted up. Thanks. Thanks a whole lot. I now own a brand new case with countless deep scratches in the finish. My 5 year old case which is the same finish doesn’t even look so shitty.
3) DO WHAT YOU CLAIM TO DO! Stress test? Ummm… yeah right. 30 minutes after I take my computer home it’s still F-​ED UP. After continuing to troubleshoot the thing I believe I have finally found the problem AND IF YOU DID YOUR JOB YOU WOULD HAVE EASILY FOUND IT TOO.
My god. HOW they stay in business is beyond me. Complete and total waste of money I needed.
