It’s kinda sad, they always have had a long wait time but the food was good so I didn’t mind. But the last few times my wife and I have ordered the quality has started slipping. For instance we started with a order of onion rings, when we opened the bag there was maybe 5 in the bag, kinda disappointing but we moved on. She had a Bronx Bomber Panini, all you could taste was the mayo that was dripping out of it and the butter that it was soaked in, I don’t even think they bothered putting the artichoke harts in it. I had a All Nighter, the only thing they bothered putting in it was the cheese ham and onion rings. The only reason I didn’t bother taking it all back was because of how far we live away. Needless to say we will never go back again.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. My family has to eat gluten free and the pizza they offer has always been consistently good. The toppings are plentiful, and the crust is properly cooked(some places I’ve tried like to bake it into a cracker). The price is much better than the other places I’ve tried, I just wish it came in more than a single Small size.

This place was excellent. My girlfriend and I were traveling across NY for a holiday and stopped in for a bite to eat. The entire staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The food came out quick and was delicious. I would definitely stop by here again if in the area.

Amazingly, this is the perfect example of not checking orders and inability to treat customers with respect. The delivery of a $ 60.00 order was missing multiple items that were acknowledged by the restaurant staff and listed on the receipt. Of course everyone makes mistakes so we called and informed them of the missing items. Of course they stated they will drop the omissions off. They did but again forgot one. Once again we called and reported the missing item, but this time they had the gall to ask of we were«sure.» The two stars were only because the food is tasty

We love it here. We usually eat here whenever we are in town. Everything is great but I especially enjoy their specials. Mac and cheese bites with horseradish sauce is one of the best things in the world. The service is friendly and they don’t care if you linger.

I love Tori G’s. The pizza is consistent and good. The wings are awesome, and the pepperoni garlic knots ALONE are enough to make me go there over anywhere else. It’s small inside, and I don’t usually eat there because it’s always SOHOT. Like, no A/C hot. It’s always fresh and fast when we order. But seriously. Pepperoni garlic knots. Trust me.

More like a 3 ½-star review, FYI. Tori G’s is a local Italian standby, owned by the same family for years. NOT a red & white checked tablecloth kinda setting; it’s more like a good take-out joint where as an afterthought, there’s also a reasonably spacious(maybe 6 tables) dining area with a simple, plastic tablecloths and Sears & Roebuck art prints décor. However, it is always clean here, and they don’t play any obnoxious«muzak» for patrons, or audible hard rock for the kitchen staff to annoy you if you decide to eat in(and you don’t like hard rock ;)). Food is solid, reasonably priced(but not«cheap»), generous portion sizes. For pickup(which is how I get it) Tori G’s is always hot and quick and always exceptionally fresh. All the usual red-sauce standards are done well — menu standouts would probably be the eggplant and chicken parm. If like me, you prefer your pasta with more than a fairly moderate amount of sauce, then you need to request«heavy on the red sauce, please». Also, if you are really into meat, you might want to get an extra side of meatballs or sausage if you order a dish like spaghetti and meatballs(which comes with 2 large meatballs of maybe 2 ½ — 3 inches in diameter). Call ahead at(518) 943‑6000 and your food will be ready in 15 – 20 minutes.
