My fiancé bought my engagement ring from Welsh. Kevin explained the basics about diamonds to my fiancé and helped him pick out the perfect stone. I was very pleasantly surprised by how much diamond he got within his budget.
I went in last week to get my ring resized and his jeweler was very helpful and patient in determining my right size. I picked up my ring yesterday and was happily surprised by how brilliant my ring was. It fit perfectly and they made it look new again. Kevin gave me a complimentary ring cleaner & I left very pleased.

I’ve shopped online and at the chain jewelers, and I have to say, what Welsh offers are things you may not see worn by other people (can make custom jewelry). While they have access to rings you can find in several catalogues, you could also use those as ideas for Welsh International to customize a ring for you. They have many different rings in stock.
As far as variety, you will find everything from gold to platinum. As far as price, they are competitively priced, and in fact, offer better value than the chain stores. As far as service, before you get there, there will be several options he’s laid out before you even get there that are within your budget. This by-​appointment only service model is to give you personalized attention and takes some of the stress out of figuring out what you can afford. Sure does beat browsing the counters at other stores and asking, «How much does that cost?» «Do you have xyz in this price range?» It’s just YOU in the room. No quotas he has to meet – the experience is all about you. Very personable and no pressure.
