I like TB, I do. Eat there on a fairly regular basis. But no, not this store. Scary dirty inside. Took 15 minutes to get a $ 1 snack quesadilla. Other customers complaining about spoiled meat and vegetables in dishes from the drive through. Looks like the floor hasn’t been cleaned in a year. Bathroom is really disgusting. Ended up throwing my food away out of fear of getting e coli or something — and I was really hungry! The WORST.

The fourth meal… that slogan alone have me making these Taco Bells trips. Nacho bell grande… nothing else needs to be said. I mostly do the drive-thru. Yes, I’m to lazy to walk in and place an order. The comfort of my car-seat does just fine. It’s fast food so don’t be shocked that sometimes the«meat» or sauce are not placed in center but hanging off or missing. Those late nights parting also end with a trip here. I want to hate it but I have to love the fact that its quick.

Yes it is just a chain fast food restaurant, and YES I do know this area doesn’t have the most reputable establishments as far as fast food joints go, but COMEON. Easily one of the worst if not THE worst places I’ve had the displeasure of patronizing. Not just for Taco Bells, but anywhere. I’ve dealt with the drive through a bunch of times just because it’s the closest one to my house, and it makes me not even want to imagine what you deal with inside. Every time I’m there they make you wait a few minutes at the speaker until they are ready, and once they finally are they rush the hell out of you as if they’ve been the ones waiting to make an order by the box for five to ten minutes not you, THECUSTOMER. You can barely finish your sentence before they ask if the orders completed and they’ll do that after each and every single item you order, WTFMATE? And once you are done ordering? Get ready to take a nap in the whip before Nae Nae comes to the window with three quarters of the order wrong and your change three quarters short. They’re lucky they are so close and I usually enjoy my late night munchies enough to go through the first eight circles of hell and eat my food to finally let Dantes inferno reach that ninth circle and ruin my whole tomorrow. Overall, don’t go unless you are a masochist and enjoy torture on a mental, physical and spiritual level!!!

Terrible service. Workers there suck. Got my order wrong numerous amounts of times. And when I went in to fix my order, all workers gave me attitude and treated me as if it was my fault when it was clearly their fault… Smh. I’m not bashing on the whole Taco Bell chain, just this one. The food is good, the service sucks.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes with only three cars ahead of me. I can’t believe it was that slow! When I first pulled up to the speaker I wasn’t greeted for a full minute. The place was dirty looking, the whole operation seemed shabby. When I finally got the food, we pulled over into the parking lot to check it, because I could tell they had screwed it up. Sure enough, I got some of the wrong items, and there was hardly any meat on the tacos, they looked pathetic. All the food looked like it had been sitting around for hours, and it tasted like it too. The drinks were over-filled and so Mountain Dew was spilling up over the cup lid into the car. That is when I realized that they forgot to give us napkins. I will never go back to this location ever again.

Watch out for this Taco Bell!(Catonsville, MD) They’ll get your order wrong. I was starving and the food I ordered was not correct, but I already left from there, so I went to the closest Taco Bell in Elkridge Maryland and they wouldn’t do anything for me because I didn’t purchase it there. I had to buy more food, so that I can actually eat. So annoying!

Horrible customer service, they lied and told multiple customers they were closed hours before the sign on their door said they did. You could hear the employees in the drive through microphone flipping out over having to do their jobs, and yelling at the employee with the microphone actually on his head to «tell them people we closed.» Will not be coming here again, we’ll drive the extra ten minutes to the new one.

If this wasn’t the closest Taco Bell to My house I’d never come here. Service is terrible at best, food is dodgy, and it’s not for lack of staff. The kitchen is always full, what are they doing back there? Who the hell knows, but it’s certainly not giving the kind of service that gets you a raise.

The slowest drive thru around. If your in a rush your best bet is to go in and have a seat cause even that’s crazy slow.

Enjoy the«slow food» dining experience at this Taco Bell for a fraction of the cost of a five star restaurant. Meal took 25 minutes, no exaggeration. If you weren’t hungry when you got here you will be!

If you are looking for employees who hate their job, this is the place! I blame Taco Bell corporate for not caring about their employees’ experience and thinking that giving orders is all it takes to get things done. They’ll be quick to ring you up, but then take a long time to deliver your order. Over ten minutes to wait for your order seems a little long for«fast food.» Don’t expect to just run in and run out.

I don’t know what the deal is with this TB but this one generally sucks. The drive thru is super slow, you have to repeat yourself 10 times, they’ll complete your order without even asking what drink you want with your meal, and then they’ll usually get your order wrong at the window. I don’t expect rocket scientists to work there but come on.

This place really sucks at getting your order in a timely fashion. I have gone to this Taco Bell at least 10 times over the past 2 years in great reluctance. The employees do not show any sense of urgency in getting orders finished. Be prepared to wait and hope they get the order right, or you will be expecting another wait for the correct order.

Slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Drive thru takes 30 mins or longer. 1 star. Never coming to this place again.

I’ve been coming to this particular Taco Bell location for over 10 years. The service is almost always horrible except for the last time I came here. There was magically no line at all and the young man taking our order was very nice. It was a rare occurrence indeed. The food is always good and my order is always correct, so I can’t complain. But try to avoid late night weekends, or else you might be sitting in line for 20+ minutes. And you might get snapped at saying«is that it?» and«what’s yo drank?»

I had to give this place a low rating. This was my first and last time to this place. Nothing matter more than the food. I was hoping to trying the new waffle taco, exciting. But instead of a I received an old waffle taco, I guess pre-made and sitting. Waste of money and time. #SkipIt

«Abandon Hope All Who Enter Here» ~ Sign At The Entrance of Hell (also posted at the drive thru entrance of this Taco Bell location) This is easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced. Typical drive through waits are around 20 – 25 minutes. The same length line(5 – 6 cars) would take 3 – 5 minutes at any other location. Last time I was there, they closed the doors 1 hour before the posted dining room hours. When I knocked on the door and pointed at the hours sign, they just looked over with a stoned«Derp face» and ignored me. So, you would imagine that a taco tastes pretty good after waiting 20 minutes. You’re hungry, right? Nope. The taco quality is also mediocre. To be honest, «mediocre» is an understatement. These tacos are basically not worth eating. And I eat ANYTHING! I eat Taco Bell on a practically religious basis: 2 – 3 times per week like it’s going out of style. I have been to a ton of locations. When in Baltimore, I actually drive an extra 20 minutes to avoid this Taco Bell location and go to another one. Yea, it’s that bad.

Breakfast review: Burrito — meh, it needs hash browns. Waffle tacos — decent. Cinnabon bites — good. Crunch wrap — NOMZ! Those were delicious! The zesty sauce and hash brown make this my go to item now.

After a long day at work me and my wife decided to go to Taco Bell and buy the family dinner. My wife love the Nacho Supreme Combo. On the other hand I like the taco supreme and a couple of hard taco’s and the girls like hard taco’s. We come to this location often because the staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable.

This Taco Bell is one of the few places in the Ellicott City/Catonsville area that is open late. However, be prepared to wait in a crazy long line if you decide you want a late night snack. If you go during the daytime, the restaurant’s interior is clean but tired looking. Also, I’ve been here a few times when the drive thru either didn’t work or the worker just never asked for my order. I have to say though, I’ve been here a few times and felt sick after eating. Then I did some thinking… Taco Bell can be abbreviated as TB. TB is also the abbreviation for tuberculosis, a disease that will make you very sick. Eating Taco Bell also can make you very sick. Coincidence? Conspiracy theory? You tell me…
