My wife loved her hair coloring experience here, and I was very impressed with their attention to detail and professionalism.
I’ll jump this from 4 to 5 stars after they try to repeat their work on her last visit.
Parking is convenient, and the neighborhood is a great small business Mecca.

This was a dismal experience.
After returning to the house, my girlfriend was quick to point out that my head looked like a traffic cone. Nothing was blended at all, but they did offer me cake.
I asked for a simple low fade, regulation haircut, but received a rash everywhere on my head where the clippers touched.
They gave me a really terrible haircut, and the women in the venue are bitchy. The only guy who knows how to cut hair well is John, and he’s old and on the way out. Do not waste your time in a pinch here. They do have coffee and cake, so maybe go in there for breakfast but leave before getting in the chair.

I have not been this depressed with my haircut in a long time. I went here after going to the same hairdresser for 4 years. I made a huge mistake. I got a full hilight/​lowlight (even though when I booked the appointment I specifically asked for a partial) and a cut. The color I am happy with but that is where it ends. I went in with a shoulder length angled bob and asked for basically the same cut and to keep the length. I discussed the cut with her and she seemed to know exactly what I wanted. I came out looking like a 5 year old. An uneven bob — no longer angled whatsoever — with a good 2″ lopped off is what I received. I couldn’t even bring myself to mention that I didn’t think the cut was what I wanted; afterall, what was she going to do, glue it back on? I nearly shed tears when I got in to my car (I’m typically not a very dramatic individual). I drove directly home and hopped in the shower in the hopes I could just start again with the «style» and maybe it wouldn’t be as bad as I thought. No such luck. I am so incredibly unhappy and it will be a long time before this will grow out enough that I will be able to get back to my regular style. So incredibly disappointed…
