Bill did everything to copy my key. Home Depot did not have the blank for the rare key that I needed to get cut so I decided to try a local locksmith. He offered to order the blank and get it done for me in the next couple days. This is mostly a mobile operation. This locksmith lives down the street from me and I never would have found him without Unilocal.

I saw that Bill Lorenz was a BBB member with an A+ rating — so despite the one negative review on Unilocal!,I thought I would give him a try. I had trouble with putting my sliding glass door handle/lock combo back on my door — because it was not aligned correctly. I called Bill and he dispatched Patrick. Patrick figured out what was going on with both the old and new lock, explained the new mysterious features of the new lock — drilled a strategic hole in the old lock piece(that was actuallt better suited for our purposes) and was also able to shave a bit more off of a malaligned hole in the door. End result? Perfect install in 40 minutes — $ 90 service charge(I had my own lock), and happy customer. Thanks for the great service!

I had emailed Bill asking him for an estimate. He responded the next day with a question. I did not get a chance to email him back so called today. First off, I told him exactly why I was calling and that I had emailed and he asked how long ago I emailed him and proceeded to say he called me and left me a voicemail in a negative tone. I told him that I did not receive a voicemail. I NEVER put my phone number in my email. Then he asked what did I need. I told him again why I was calling. He continued by asking if I lived in the Annapolis area since my phone popped up with that area location. I told him I did not live in Annapolis. He then gave me the estimate and ended with«Does that answer your question?» My question is how are you getting clients with this negative unprofessional attitude? Clearly he wants no business.
