I am writing as a reply to Jackie review. I had the pleasure of working for Mario Gardner and resort parking services for many years. Then later, employing them myself. I would remind anyone that Mario has been in business since 1972! RPS has provided valet to 4 presidents during the time I worked for them, as well as the biggest VIPs in the entertainment and international business community, for 40 years! Mario is a smart businessman, highly professional, and a great humanitarian. He always treated his employees exceptionally well, in fact giving second chances to those whom I often did think deserved them. I am finding it hard to believe in the credibility of Jackies review. Mario pays his people well, treats his customers to exceptional service and delivers the best care and service possible, even when clients expect diamond service package contracts on cheap zicion budgets. He has done this consistently for 42 years.

Oh My goodness what ever you do DO NOT hire this parking service «resort parking service». Mario Gardener is the CEO and i had the displeasure of meeting him at the Temecula Tough Mudder. His is extremely unprofessional and cuts corners, as far as I have researched he doesn’t pay his employees, and is a lazy person. He seems to me like he doesn’t fulfill his contract to the end, and the cars weren’t organized well at all. If I could give him a negative score I would. NIGHTMARE!
