Orchid Nails

I’ve been coming here for about 5 – 6 years now and it’s the only place I come to. They’ve moved to a bigger location, next to Sonic on Date Palm. They never disappoint, clean, fast, friendly service. I just now got a full set and was in and out in less than an hour, granted it was only me, no wait time. It’s owned by a husband and wife and they’re great. They get flustered at times when they get super busy because it’s only them two but overall love them!

First off. This rating is for the horrible customer service. Lets begin shall we? The owners arent even smart off enough to put a «weve moved» sign on the door. I call ahead yo ask i can come in now, i was told yes. I arrive at the location off given by Unilocal and google only to learn from the business next door that they’d moved to Date Palm Dr. Already frustrated, i go anyway. I arrive to find an empty salon. This excitrsme because I know I’ll be in and out with no stress. The woman at the front desk ask how she can help me, i tell her i just called and woukd like to receive a pedicure. she’s asks me. if id like to make an appointment. I reply «no, i just called and asked if i could now and someone said yes.» She shrugs clearly could give 2 you-​know-​whats, and replies «i have an appointment in 10 minutes and i can’t help you.» WTF!!! There’s no one here now and you’re telling me you can’t get me stared before the appointment when i see there’s another tech doing nothing? Lets not even mention there’s like 8 stations so clearly you’re not a one-​man operation. How rude! Im so offended and disgusted with this womans non chalant attitude. Im so mad i could throw a brick thru her friggin window! Ugh. Spend your money elsewhere– this place could give 2 sh#!s about it.
BTW– it took me 10 minutes to write this review and guess what? No one has walked in yet. Where the F is the 2:10 appt???

I have been coming here for years. It is a husband a wife that run the place. They are very nice and polite.
I usually get a full set, pedicure and waxing. I have never had any issues and always love their work. Very clean place and comfortable atmosphere.
I usually come during my lunch and am able to be out of here in an hour when getting a full set.
A must try place!
