Would NOT recommend Dr Wourms at all!
I went through a very very expensive procedure (aren’t they all thousands of dollars $$$) An extraction & root canal w him 3 years ago & its failed & now I’m back to square one of having the tooth pulled & having an implant done because he didn’t do it properly in the first place !!!
When I said to my dentist «Well shouldn’t I go back and have them redo it? He said «Why would you do that he didn’t do it right the first place?» So now I’m looking at another 3 G on this tooth I’d just pull it and leave it at that but I can’t because of this location choose wisely and don’t choose this doctor.

I’m 65 years old and I’ve just had my first root canal. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the professionalism, courtesy, respect and care that I received from Dr. Wourms and his staff.

Donald and I have been using the services of Dr Wourms and his staff since he was located in Palm Springs in the 1990’s. We were so delighted when our dentists at Lake Dental referred him to their office after the need arose for endodontic treatment.
The initial evaluation went very well, and we were happy to see Andrea still there (20 plus years) and in the «new» offices at Landau and Ramon in Cathedral City. The procedure completed just yesterday morning, and «the patient» is doing exceptionally well! While nobody wants to deal with a root canal or any more serious dental issues, THIS is just the perfect solution…

Dr. Wourms was absolutely fantastic! There are no words to describe but I will try. He was extremely compassionate at me being anxious for my root canal. He was very gentle and took his time while explaining what he was doing at all times. I am very pleased with his services… though I hope to never need them again! :-)

Dr. Wourms is a fantastic endodontist. He did my root canal and he was incredibly careful and skilled. The root canal procedure was so easy and painless. Plus his office has TVs which makes it easy to lay back and distract yourself from the procedure. When I had some pain after the procedure, he brought me in right away, even holding the office open for me on a Friday afternoon so he could fit me in before the weekend in case I was in pain. They allow you to call after hours too. Such a nice guy. Thank you to Dr. Wourms and his amazing staff for taking care of my root canal and follow up!
