Margie’s is the only breakfast tacos I like! I refuse to get them anywhere else. I love to call in my order and have Paula know it’s me on the other end of the line. I love that we live in a small town and she knows my family. I love that my baby girl loves these tacos as much as I do. To know Paula is to love her. Yes, she’s crazy and fun and adventurous and doesn’t take any crap from any one but that’s an awesome perk of owning your own business!

Worst Service Ever! Their tacos are gross and overpriced. No homemade tortillas! The rude person who answers your call does not even know what a fajita taco is and responds with «we just have basic tacos». Don’t waste money or time… wait for the other two Mexican restaurants to open 30 minutes later or go to McDonalds… you will be better off. Ended up with a fajita taco that looked and tasted like brisket… maybe she really doesn’t know what a taco is?

Mama Margie??? Yeah, the real one is here. This is the hands down BEST place to get your taco and/​or breakfast on in Castroville! All tortillas homemade (just like the customers, The Real Mama Margie, and the family!) and you can taste the difference! I’ll admit, I’ve only ordered her breakfast tacos, but felt like family EVERY time. And you know what? Every taco I ordered was just like Mom used to make. I love Margie’s, another Castroville institution!
