People are going to see that I rated this spot with 5 Stars, stop by to visit this place, and leave with the conclusion that I’m either mentally insane or am being paid to review this spot. So here is my explanation of the way I rated this location and why. 1) What they believe and teach from a theological standpoint. They’re a part of a theo-philosophical movement called«New Thought.» More specifically this place teaches, practices, and believes in «New Thought Christianity,» which is marginalized by both the mainstream Christian churches and the other New Thought institutions. Still if you want to know about how to apply the Bible into moment-to-moment living without all the dogmas, doctrines, and rules, then swing on by. People who do have a mainstream Christian background will stop by and leave as quickly as possible out of fear that they’ll subject themselves to an eternal afterlife as a pizza in an oven. 2) EVERYONE is welcomed. This church averages between 12 – 18 regulars in attendance, most are over the age of 75, some are going through recovery of one sort of another, the usher is diagnosed with autism, who’ll have an occasional outburst. If you can leave the church service and be able to look beyond their age, their addictions, their quirkiness, their handicaps, their lifestyles and see them for who they truly are: as a beloved child of the living God, then you did indeed learn what was meant to be learned there.
