I will never work with any other realtor. My husband and I have both bought /​sold other homes in the past and the realtors were all fine but Cindy Cerrudo was AMAZING! She has connections all over the area. People in the industry all know her and respect her. We would not have even been looked at w/​our difficult loan if the realtors on the other end did not know Cindy. Her relationship w/​the community helped us a lot. People trust her and will look at her clients just because of her. She knows her stuff and pulled a lot of strings for us. Really went above and beyond. The house is sold and she has been paid and she continues to care about us and follows up with us on the house and different situations. I can’t say enough obviously. Thank you Cindy!
