I went there about a week ago and Darcy was the kind lady who served me. She was so nice in every way that I could imagine. She explained every detail about the contract to the point. She is an asset to this organization. Place is nice and well kept no doubt but this review for got Darcy for her outstanding customer service

I am extremely pleased with not only the facility but the customer service. Rachel was amazing very infomative and very nice. She gave us a tour of how to get to our unit, where to park, how the doors/​key pads work. We have rented units before at other storage facility’s in castro valley and this place by far is the cleanest and most well maintained I have seen thus far. They also have an awesome security system with alarm systems for each unit and security cameras that are viewable from their main office by who ever is working at the time. They also offer a free moving truck on first come first serve basis for 4 hours which is awesome! Highly recommend this storage facility!

This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. After being a customer since 1996 — yep, 17 years! — because of a bank error they have called and harassed me saying that because my rent was late (2 weeks) they were going to put a lien on my property. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR BELONGINGS! Horrible customer service and awful people to deal with. Michael T. was right about the ENORMOUS fees — even after being a customer for 17 years there was effort in trying to let a one time issue go and making it right.
