this is for the apartment complex located at 3958 Castro Valley Blvd; the manager (s)? for that property are very uncooperative, they seem nice at first but are very picky and I’m not sure if it’s because of my ethnicity or because of age, but I feel very discriminated against, and I get harassed all the time for things like guests parking in the guest parking (when it’s ALWAYS empty), or leaving a garbage bag out by MY DOOR in my personal area I was given, or for talking at night, and even leaving or coming back home late (weekdays or weekend, doesn’t matter, because the manager/​conservative priest dad doesn’t approve). I have never had a problem with any other manager I’ve dealt with, and I am very respectful of my neighbors and living space, however, I just feel threatened every time I leave my door because the on site management team, and I’m sure I’m not the only one…

Think of this place as «Trailer Park Boys Property Management».

Absolutely horrible company. Rich tore down my fence without asking me about it. Now they refuse to replace the fence they tore down and hauled away.

terrible service. completely uncooperative. I would never deal with them again. They are so bad, I wish this place goes into bankruptcy. they will not even try to solve a problem. they will only try to charge you and blame you for it.

I have so many negative things to say about this property management. Starting off, this is thee worst property management I have ever came to encounter. I moved into a rental home through them in June. I loved the property and it seemed like the people in there were really nice. Little did I know. After a few weeks of living here the house totally started falling apart. The oven or stove didn’t work, there were no screens on the windows, but that didn’t matter because the windows did not even open. And can you believe this, the toilet did not even flush right. We informed the property management people time and time again and nothing ever happened, until I threatened not to pay the rent unless something was done to adhere to my complaints. They expected us to do everything, but they did not want to comply with their portion of the agreement. They sent us a letter in the mail adhering to a couple of trash bags sitting in the driveway, but what did they expect we just moved in and had to throw away the boxes that we had, and the trash truck did not come by yet, smh. It seemed they could snoop around in out house but not get over to the house to fix the things needed to be fixed. Then when they finally did come they said they were ot going to deal with the toilet, we had to do without a working toilet. And they did not put the screen on the front window even though they said they were. The big banger was when they told us we should ask if we wanted a dog, we wanted to rescue a dog that would be put to sleep, and when we wrote the letter asking their consent, they said no because the carpet was brand new. HAHAHAHAHA the carpet is cheaper than ever and shed every minute, it broke my vacuum cleaner. There are so many things to say:
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM, THEY SCAM PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY AND DO NOT ADHERE TO THEIR PORTION OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT!!!
