The store is clean and well organized. Clothes are straightened up and we’ll arranged. The products are about the same as any TJMaxx. The line to checkout is crazy long without many cashiers. I just needed to buy a hat. Came in, couldn’t find the hats nor anyone to ask. I finally found one in clearance and luckily enough I liked it. $ 5.00 score! Then the line — 20 minutes to buy a hat. Sigh. Que’ sera.

Great selection of products and prices, BUTHATE the constant long lines of customers with minimal number of cashiers. I avoid this store most of the time because I don’t have patience to stand in a check-out line for 20 minutes, sometimes more. I would give it 5 stars if they had enough cashiers to handle the number of customers. I intentionally only go to this store when I don’t think it will be busy, because the check-out process/time is terrible.

My wife Constance went into your TJ Maxx store in Castleton IN on 6÷2÷2015, and was accused of stealing because of your employee error. She came home very upset. She goes to that store often, and buys things maybe to often for me. Is this how you treat, I would think, you would call a valued customer? She was embarrassed as she was standing there being interrogated in front of other customers. I am shocked that your store would treat someone so badly after my wife said she gave them the opportunity to look in her purse in on her person without even a apology. A concerned husband.

BRB I’m dying. This is easily the best TJ Maxx I’ve ever been to. I didn’t even mean to come in. I was in Home Goods looking for curtains and to kill some time I walked over to check out what kind of deals I could score. And oh the deals I found! As a recent college grad, I’m not exactly rolling in the dough, but that doesn’t mean I don’t want to look like I am! They have designer deals for days. Fendi, Kate Spade, Vince, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Theory, Dooney and Bourke, Juicy Couture, Tahari, and more. I couldn’t believe my eyes and kind of had a minor(but positive) anxiety attack from all the excitement. I got two pairs of clearance shoes: Isaac Mizrahi flats($ 20) and Diane von Furstenberg heels($ 39). The was also a Kate Spade bag that I fell in love with, but my wallet felt otherwise. Twenty-four hours later I’m still on a high. I can’t wait to come back here to scour for deals! So much love!

I can’t say enough about this place. I started shopping at T J Max when we lived in Noblesville. I purchased many household items there and my winter coat which I still wear these years later. When we sold our home and relocated, we also changed from old world & antique décor to contemporary eclectic. The Home Store provided all my colored glass and so many things super affordably. I usually spend so much time on the Home side, I don’t make it to the clothes anymore. This store is super busy and especially during the Holidays. The lines wind on forever, but they do move quickly. I have to say, I never go on the weekends anymore. It’s so much more enjoyable on a quiet weekday morning. If you see something you like, pick it up and put it in your cart. It won’t be there tomorrow and maybe not in five minutes. If you go every week, you will see new items! Every Christmas, a gift cert. is on my list. –hope Santa heard me again this year!

Look I LOVE TJMaxx, love it. And you would think merging it with Homegoods would be a little slice of heaven BUT when it comes to checking out… this place could not be more hellalish. Every single time I am there the line is doubled around the aisle. This is a great place for tons of selections too but I dread spending any time there because I know the line is going to take forever. :(And now with the holidays around the corner… forget it!

I love this TJ Maxx. And I am a TJ Maxx/Marshall’s connoisseur of many many years. This particular TJ Maxx and Homegoods is probably the best one I have ever come across. I will fill you in on a secret actually, when I was a stylist at a very, very high end retailer I bought the majority of my «on brand» clothing here. I also had many customers return stuff to us because they found the same piece or something of the same label here at usually less than half of the sticker price. That said, me stepping foot in here is inherently dangerous because there is never not several awesome high end designer pieces here at ridiculously reasonable prices. However, TJ Maxx offers an alternative for fashionistas on a Miller High Life budget by offering… wait for it… a lay away program. I know, it sounds trifling to even say it out loud but it is a totally awesome option and I am not afraid to use it as I have quickly wracked up several hundred dollars in stuff I morally could not walk away from in one trip. It is a one month program that requires 10% down for a mere fee of $ 5. For me, this makes so much more sense than putting it on a credit card that might tempt me to not pay off immediately. And let’s face it. You’re at TJ Maxx, girl. There is very little shame left in your game to begin with.

I love all TJ Maxx stores… there’s something different there all the time, the prices never cease to amaze me and it solves a lot of my Christmas shopping dilemmas, year after year. This particular TJ Maxx is so huge, they’ve divided into two parts — the furniture/décor/plates/gourmet snacky stuff is in the Home Goods side, while clothes/jewelry/accessories are over on the other side. One of the features that you have to get used to in this kind of store is the complete lack of organization. You will never see a salesperson out on the floor, asking you if they can help you find anything. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it also means that you have to sift through a lot of messes — unfolded towels, abandoned carts all over the damn place, unwrapped merchandise, a jar of jalapeño jelly stuffed inside a Carlos Santana boot — to get what you want. And because this store is so big, the messes are twice as bad, especially at Christmas time. But everything in Castleton is a clusterf**k at that time of the year. You deal with it. Oh, and I don’t know what it is about the jewelry counter at these places, but it’s pretty near impossible to get the ladies’ attention. I guess TJ Maxx doesn’t pride itself on customer service, but geez, could you at least look up from your computer when I’ve been standing there for five minutes straight? Still, for the prices and the selection, I ain’t mad at TJ Maxx/Home Goods.

Am I a TJ Maxx addict, yes. Do I think this is the BESTTJ Maxx that I have EVER been to?, YES. If you are visiting from out of this area do you need to go to this?, YES. You don’t understand, they have everything. Furniture, rugs, kitchen stuff, clothes, jewelry, lotions and potions, luggage, purses, WONDERFUL shoes and kids stuff to boot. I’m not talking just clothes, but toys, books, etc. The bedding is beautiful, pillows, frames, CANDLES(one of my faves) olive oils, holiday ‘stuff’ … oh my gosh I could go on forever. Do me a favor, stop it, just for the heck of it and check it out, you’ll see.
