Parker’s Steakhouse and Brewery

Absolutely fantastic late lunch early dinner. We stopped on the way home from Portland and had the seafood fondue and the fish and chips. Both were delicious. Great food, reasonable prices.

Great food and service! Always worth the wait! Be patient! The fondue is delish… all them! One of my favorite places to eat! Be sure to call for a reservation if you can! I’m not a fan of them being closed on Mondays that’s for sure!

So as you walk in you think, get out of here! But the bartender, Dan, is great and very customer service driven! The food is good and they have enormous burgers. I mean they are big! We sat in the bar and it was slower than normal so we may have gotten better than normal service, but it was better than I was expecting for sure!

Very good. Enjoyed the Alaskan Sir Loin. Get reservations, you get seated right away. We did and they had a tag on our table, which showed they were ready and waiting for us. Good options for steak, pasta, salads, and other items.

The steaks were delicious! Nice atmosphere plus good prices! The meal was very satisfying and service was good! Will definitely be returning!

Really good food! Good service, too. Steak was amazing! Burger was DELICIOUS. My only complaint will seem to most a bonus: I ordered Garlic Mashed Potatoes, they came out looking delectable. Until I noticed little red flecks. I took a small bite to confirm – Bell Peppers. I abhor bell peppers. It would have been nice to know before ordering. Still not enough to hold back the last star. Well priced, excellent food, service was very friendly. So excited to have a good stop on our route from Olympia to Vancouver!

Best. Burgers. Ever.
This place has hamburgers as big as your head. Never had a bad one. I can’t say what else is on the menu, since I’ve only ever eaten their amazing burgers. Did I mention their burgers are awesome?

Our yearly store Christmas party for Elam’s Home furnishings is at Parker’s every year. They are always prepared and serve us quickly and professionally. And the food is amazing! I definitely recommend this to people driving through the area. It’s a must stop in Castle Rock.

Incredible steaks! Wonderful service and the atmosphere in the bar is to die for, come in for a game, stay for karaōke. This is truly a hidden gem and one of the best restaurants in Castle Rock. Don’t miss it! ONLY EAT IN THE BAR & ASK FOR Kim!

Sarah hour waitress was awesome and she doesn’t usually serve the bar but she’s the best I’ve ever had

First the pros… the food was excellent, the bartender had a heavy hand, and the sax in the bar was fantastic!
The con, which is where they lost their stars… the service :(friendly, but flaky and slow. It was not a very busy place, but we had to ask for water 3 times before she remembered, my boyfriend never did get the salad that came with his meal, and we couldn’t get a coffee refill.
Overall, if you are patient, the food is worth the service. But know that going in :)

Got to the restaurant at 5:15 on a Saturday without a reservation. The parking lot was busy.
We received a friendly greeting by the hostess. We were seated immediately. The waitress was at our table promptly. The two of us split the seafood fondue and one of their burgers. It was all a couple of seniors could eat. The food was served quickly and hot. The fondue was very good and the burger was exceptional.
Throughout the meal, the service was attentive, professional and pleasant. We had no wait after requesting our check. Good value too.
We must rate this almost perfect. Our only regret was we were so full of good food we had no room for what looked like great desserts.

Unbelievably bad service. Restaurant is almost empty but they left us in the lobby waiting for a seat and then seated people who came in after us. I asked what the problem was and they said they would rather we wait in the lobby than at a table where a server couldn’t get to us .the reviews are right. Terrible service and the ambiance is nil.

The waitress are good at their job. Wait time to sit at a table was 45 mins, waiting on food was an hour… we will never go back there again. Did I mention it was my birthday? Horrible. Go to the Mexican place across the street instead.

After skydiving up in Toledo, my friend and I were looking for some lunch on our drive home. We saw the sign and decided to give this place a go. Of course, we sat in the bar area so we could also enjoy an adult beverage with our food. The waitress/​bartender was super sweet and attentive. The food was delicious, decently priced, and moderately quick. Added bonus, pull tabs! They are a great way to kill time while you wait for your food to arrive.

Service is … BAD… Locals put up wit it because the food is good and our small town has few options. Everyone knows the service is bad but we roll the dice and hope we can catch a break only to be disappointed.

My husband and I used to frequent Parker’s when they were located in Longview. The food USED to be excellent. I have one question. Parkers, WHAT HAPPENED? I ordered the Steak Oscar. The description sounded delicious and I do not have an iota of a problem ordering a $ 30 steak meal if it is good. My husband ordered the rib steak with the porter ale reduction. It ran about $ 25. Again, not an issue if the food is decent. We do not mind paying for good food. I’ve never been so utterly let down. The description of the Steak Oscar said that it was topped with cooled crab and mushrooms. For $ 30, is it asking too much for you guys to possibly slice up a few fresh criminis and throw them on the flat top? We both received warmed up canned mushrooms on our steaks. The crab that topped my steak was also canned which is just bizarre considering we live in SW Washington state and have some of the best seafood that you’ve ever tasted! My husband ordered his steak medium rare and I ordered my filet medium. It’s a shame because I really love a good filet mignon. The edges were cooked to an acceptable medium but the middle was making me gag.. Both were rare in the middle. My husband’s rib-​eye was not trimmed of fat or gristle. It was pretty gross. Is the fact that you had to use a demi glacé AND a bernaise a ruse to disguise the fact that these steaks had absolutely zero seasoning? I suspect that bernaise came from powder in a packet that was purchased at Cash & Carry and your demi glacé came from a can just as the mushrooms and crab did.
We did, however, truly enjoy our seafood fondue. It was just as delicious as it was in the Longview location.
The salads are simply a romaine-​red cabbage mixture with a slice of mushy roma tomato and a cool zig-​zaggy slice of cucumber. The bleu cheese dressing is nothing to alert the media over, it came from a bottle, which was off-​putting because on the menu, there was a steak that is put under the broiler with Danish bleu cheese. Why not just make your own dressing? It’s not that hard, I promise. I’ll give you a killer recipe, if you’d like.
Tony, I really wanted to give you a higher rating, but, after what we experienced tonight, I doubt we’ll be back. We’ll go to Papa Pete’s or El Compadre across the road. Sorry.

Great steaks at great prices!
We have a dinner for work here twice a year and have never been disapointed! The waitress who has all the different colored pens on her apron is the Best!

I have been hearing for ages that Parker’s has awesome burgers. Never would have thought to go to a steakhouse with the intention of ordering a burger, but that is exactly what I did.
I also have heard a lot about the slow and/​or poor service so I was reluctant to give them a shot, but finally made plans with friends to go try them out.
We went on a Thursday evening. The restaurant was fairly busy. We made reservations for a table of 8. Our hostess was friendly, our waitress was friendly and good about refilling drinks. Our service was very good and prompt, which was a pleasant surprise.
The burgers — oh, my goodness! — huge!!! You seriously need to cut burger into quarters to eat it and all of us were only able to eat half of our burgers! I ordered the mega bacon cheeseburger. Delicious! Great buttery, toasted bun. I think a toasted bun just puts a burger over the top and they definitely succeeded in doing that. Good quality meat and toppings. 4 good-​quality bacon slices on the mega bacon cheeseburger. And the fries were quite tasty as well! Seriously, this is a great burger at a very reasonable price.
