BEWARE! Do not use Mark Wood or his company Competitive Edge Construction! His company address is in castle rock but he has recently moved to Colorado Springs and could be promoting his business in this area.
There’s a public post on my page for anyone who wants to share and get the word out.
I hired Mark Wood and his company to complete a bathroom remodel for me in April of 2015. 4 months later, after he «completed» the tile work it looked horrible! I had to have a company come in and rip all of his tile work out and redo it. Mark has since refused to refund ANY of my money even though he is completely aware that I had to pay someone to redo all of his poor work. I also paid him for shower doors in the 65% down payment I paid to him and did not receive shower doors.
Mark has admitted that the job took longer than it should have and he also admits that the tile work wasn’t good, but he still refuses to return any of my money because I wouldn’t allow him to redo it (when you see the pictures for yourself you will see why I wouldn’t allow him to do the work again! Save yourself the stress and do not hire him!
