I have been doing group training with a friend thru Stacey for close to a year now and I gotta say… she really knows her stuff! The workouts are challenging and fun, but more importantly they are catered to your specific needs. She uses TRX, weights, kettle bells, ropes, bosu balls, punching bags, etc! It’s a boot camp or gym experience without feeling like you’re being«watched»! Stacey takes the time to develop a plan for you focusing on YOUR wants and needs. The workouts change frequently so that you’re never bored! You can call or text her at anytime if you aren’t sure about your diet or which item to choose on a menu! AND she is super affordable for a Personal Trainer!!! I have worked with a lot of «gym» trainers and have never been impressed. I was just another hour in their day. Stacey has pride in her business and genuinely cares about her clients results! I know that she also is working with physical therapists to help people with injuries get their strength back as well as helping people with fitness goals(marathon, triathlon, competitions, etc). She is the FULL package!
