Never had a better experience buying anything(previous terrible experience with Berts)…Went online and applied for a new Sea Doo, and I received a phone call the next day from my sales person Kirk with approval… He was very thorough with explaining everything and set up a pickup time to have everything ready for me… Awesome overall experience!!! My dad and I took our ’97 Sea-Doo GTI and ’95 Sea-Doo XP here to get serviced. For some reason, there was a communication misunderstanding as to the service that was performed on our boats. After leaving a poor review, my dad and I were contacted by the owner who promised to make good on the service that we thought we were getting, at no extra charge. This tells you that they care, and we will bring our boats back.

DONOTGOHERE. I was sold a damaged Jet Ski. I asked Jetworld to either take the jet ski back or to reimburse me for the $ 3500 shop repairs. Jetworld refused to do either one!

I wanted to share the great experience I had purchasing my Husqvarna 350. Dan provided a great price and coordinated the bike setup with the very proficient mechanics. This shop provides that great old school service that is very difficult to find these days. All the staff I encountered was knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to help me with any questions. Drive any distance for this experience, you will not be disappointed.

After a really bad experience with Bert’s Mega Mall, and North Hollywood Honda stopped handling Can-Am Sypder I contacted Kirk at Jetworld, which is quite a ways for me, I was pleased with the no nonsense conversation with Dan and Kirk and decided to order my bike through these guys. I met Dan several years back when they hosted a test ride at Lake Hughes when I first rode the spyder. It was years later that I bought the RSS for my girlfriend, I’m in a waiting mode because Can-Am is taking orders the new F3-S and won’t be able to pick up until January. Kirk has been keeping me up to date on the process and even sent me a catalog via mail of the 2015 Can-Am lineup. So I will continue sharing the process here as the months roll by.

Bought a new sea-doo. Great customer service and the owner personally showed me how to use the watercraft. Great experience. Will definitely go back for additional equipment and/or servicing.

This business was originally in Burbank, CA but relocated sometime in the mid-2000’s to Castaic, CA(they claim it was so they could have more space to store watercraft inventory, and I believe them). I have used them as a Sea-Doo service location for a unit I owned for about 8 years. They did a reasonably good job servicing it both for yearly maintenance and for emergency repairs. I’m quite knowledgeable about motors, cars, boats, etc, and they gave me about as honest and detailed of information as I could ask for from a service shop. I’m not saying they are cheap(they seem market-rate, and watercraft are expensive to own!), but they didn’t try to pull any tricks on me.
