Triniti Salon

I have had two pretty extensive full head colorings with foiling techniques used here with Christie and will continue to get my hair colored here. The owner, manager, and stylists are all very sweet and take special care of each client. The atmosphere is very relaxing and unique and they keep it very clean.
Some highlights of my experience–
*hair consultation at beginning of appointment to go over the idea of what you want for your hair
*stylist takes time to explain what she will do and how everything works
*gentle with hair when applying/​removing hair foils
*gets excited for the overall end product and takes pride in her work and knowing she made her clients day (:
The staff works together as a team and are all good friends which makes the place even more welcoming. You can come in with an idea of what you want and rest assured that it won’t turn out badly!

Update: When I had a miscommunication with the business, I was contacted by the owner whom sincerely apologized and offered to rectify the situation. She is very steadfast and passionate about her clients, very professional.

Jennifer is my stylist and she does such an amazing job on color! She takes her time and is very outgoing and easy to talk to. It’s like a mini vacation when I go and very relaxing. The whole staff is so bubbly, fun and outgoing. Not uptight like other salons. You can tell they love what they do! I highly recommend! Also their salon is so beautiful! They offer so much there! You can’t go wrong when you go to Triniti Salon!

This place is awesome! I had a very bad hair experience at another salon, and they took their time and fixed it, giving me exactly what I wanted! You can really tell they love what they do and they do it well! I will only go here from now on!

I’ve had Nicole cut my hair for several years now and she is amazing! The care and attention she gives to each customer is genuine. She gives her all and knows what she is doing. I Would drive hours to come to her!
The salon is well kept and clean every time. They offer a beverage, heating pad while your getting shampooed, and relaxation.
I would highly suggest this salon to anyone who wants an amazing hair salon experience!

If you’re looking for amazing hair color. Ask for Nicole! Triniti Salon is absolutely beautiful, with some amazing women working there. Nicole is one of the sweetest, and most genuine people out there! So so happy to have her as my hair stylist!

This was my first time here and I absolutely love this place! It is in a part of Cary that I had never been to before but it was easy to get to and the parking was very convenient. The staff is super friendly, the salon looks very fancy and is spacious. The chairs are comfy, especially at the hair washing station.
My stylist was Morgan and she was wonderful! I talked to her about what I wanted and about my normal hair care routine and styling and she delivered exactly what I asked for. I can be honest and say I have never walked out of a salon and loved my hair. It usually takes a few days or a week or two before I end up liking it but Morgan had me in love with it as soon as she was done. My former stylist had some days where she seemed to be in such a hurry and would pull out too much of my hair that my head would be stinging for hours afterwards. Morgan will be my go to from now on, she is a sweetheart and very gentle with my hair.
I also noticed other customers with their stylists and they left looking amazing too, which leads me to believe that they have a very talented staff here. Kelly, who I booked the appointment through, is awesome too. She is so personable and it really eased my mind on trying a new salon.

There is having a manicure/​pedicure, then there is having a Natasha manicure/​pedicure! Now that Natasha is at Triniti Salon, there is nowhere else to go for your nails. I call it the «Natasha Experience” — the attention to detail she gives you and your nails is unmatched and incredible. She makes it her mission to make your appointment all about you. To her it’s your time to relax and leave there with truly beautiful nails. This is no polish change– this is the full experience — including the best massage you’ll ever have! Run don’t walk to treat you and your nails to the Natasha Experience! The salon itself is really lovely and has a great relaxing vibe.

Sharon is the best I could ask for! She won’t stop till I’m happy with the result, and I always leave happy! She gives great advice when I don’t know what to do next with my hair. The new salon is beautiful and I love the shampoo chairs, so comfy!
They even do nails now!

Sharon is the BOMB!!! She has always been positive in life and her job! I have had my hair done by both Sharon and one of the other girls Jenn, who does highlight placement like nobodies business!!! I love these ladies and you will to!

Triniti Salon was started by a group of talented stylists from HairColorXperts in Cary who left to create a new salon in October 2014. (If you read any earlier reviews of HCX, note that those glowing reviews apply mostly to folks who are now at Triniti.)
Nicole cut my hair yesterday and did her usual fantastic job! I have crazy, unruly hair and Nicole is a master tamer. I can now go longer without a haircut because the cut still looks good as my hair grows out, which is the ultimate test for me.
Triniti is next to Panera Bread, near Ginza, Biaggi’s and Dean’s Seafood in Cary. They have lots of convenient parking (unlike the HCX Arboretum /​Bonefish Grill location which is a parking nightmare). Triniti also has nice, comfy reclining chairs for hair washing, so my neck doesn’t get sore. Brilliant. It’s not a stuffy, pretentious place like some salons (e.g. von Kekel). Just great stylists and excellent service in a pretty, comfortable and convenient setting. What more could you ask for?
