Staff is friendly, weekends are busy. Food is not bad at all and priced reasonably. My only complaint is the games are quick and there seem to be a few that don’t function up to par. Great drinks too!

I took my niece and nephew to the arcade twice and both times it was AWFUL. I take them here and the bowling alley arcade on high house and the bowling alley is 100 times more fun and much cheaper. At the bowling alley they could play for 2 hours for about $ 30 easily and each game last longer and is more fun. At D&B we spent $ 50 in 1−½ hours and most games ended way too quickly. It was extremely disappointing that someone would do this to kids. They are not even really giving them fun, its just a loud, flashy place, where most games are designed to get you in and out as fast as possible. Its a place where they clearly do not care about the kids.

I’ve been here a few times now and probably won’t be back. I find the food way overpriced, and definitely not worth what you pay for it. Decent selection of games, but way too easy to burn through $ 50. I tend to only go when I have a promotion for $ 20 if you spend 20… Even then, it feels like the money goes way too fast. Fine, that’s their business model and their choice, I can deal with that. My biggest problem is the staff. I feel like the minute you walk in, you are nothing but a nuisance. This past time, I did not have my power card(excuse me for not holding on to something that I might use once or twice a year). Well this seemed to make the woman working at the front desk think I was the biggest idiot and nuisance to her day. Imagine that, a customer needing assistance? Asked if she could help me find my power card number so I can get the promotion, and she flatly said«no, I can’t look that up.» And she walked away. Well thanks a lot for making me feel like a welcome customer. Eventually was able to track it down through my email. Off to the games, and we had a decent time. At one point, I swiped my card, the game definitely took the credits, but didn’t work. Took forever to track down a staff person, he said he would find somebody. Waited at the game for 10 minutes and eventually just gave up. At that point, I was done feeling like a nuisance, so i just left with a few bucks left on my card. From their advertising, it seems this place is trying to cater to a more upscale crowd, but that hasn’t translated down to the service they provide. Nothing worse than feeling like you are a nuisance in a place where you’re simply trying to have fun and spend some hard-earned money. They either need to hire new people, or do some serious customer service training, because you don’t exactly feel like a valued customer when you walk in or out of this location. I’ll spend my money in a place where I feel appreciated.

Food was overly salted and over priced, not enough arcade type games, they don’t take reservations so you could be waiting a while,

Not as big as a few I’ve been to and the food always sucks but the games are fun and after 11 kids are kicked out! It’s nice to have a place to play without my kids or anyone else’s

I took my niece and nephew there this week and we had a pretty good time. The games were half price since it was Wednesday, but it was my first time going to a D&B and I still thought it was pretty expensive. The kids had fun though. There aren’t enough arcade games… it’s mostly ticket generating games. I enjoyed the Star Wars Battle Pod game and the Deal Or No Deal ticket game. 4-way air hockey was also fun. I can see how they can improve though. First lower the prices. More people will come. And make sure all the games are working as best you can! But overall we had a pretty good time

Worst D&B I’ve ever been to. Food was crap and so was the service. McD’s would have been a better option.

Amazing spot! I went to celebrate my roommate’s 29th birthday. We had the time of our lives. The staff there is out of this world. They are engaging and very kind. The bar staff was attentive, but Katie and Spyke were the best. I did not want to order from anyone but Katie. She was knowledgable and appreciative of our business. She helped us celebrate right! I enjoyed our conversation Katie :) I then met Leshawn. What a cool guy. He was clearly busy but we stopped him to ask a question. He paused whatever he was doing and talked to us. I thought that was kind. And he was happy and friendly. Then I met some fun ladies, Catherine, Stephanie, and Brianna at the host stand. Oh what a fun time I had chatting with them! They really made me to love Dave and Buster’s. I will say, I was first completely bored by my roommate’s suggestion to go there for a birthday celebration. After our night there on Saturday, I think otherwise! I love it. While most of our time was spent at the bar and I played no games, I still had a great time. The employees really can make or break a place such as this. I had an amazing time and will definitely go back. Thank you for such a fun time and helping us celebrate!!! Ps. Shout out to the officers on duty that night for doing aa grest job and being so friendly. Officer Smith and Officer Fyle(that may be wrong but it was a funky name!!). Very cool guys

I wasn’t too impressed with this spot. You see the commercials and think wow this looks like a blast, but eh. The food was okay and I think maybe I just wasn’t expecting what I got. No old school games except skeeball and those they have are dang expensive. $ 10 lasted about 5 minutes, but I guess so goes the arcade in 2016. This would probably be a good spot to watch sports or if you have kids who are old enough to game on their own and you can have a beer while they are running around. Otherwise, I’m not sure if I would come back unless I was really bored and the wife was shopping.

Food was not as advertised. Dressing had hair in it. Service deplorable… was never asked if anything was okay or if we needed more water. The price? Not worth returning.

So I realize they were closing but we still were spending money and a short blonde hair girl manager in a pinkish-red blouse came up to me and my friends while we were playing a game and said«I’m sorry, you’ve got to go» at 11:59. Keep in mind we spent over $ 200 this night enjoying everything up until this point. I’m a restaurant manager myself and I’ve NEVER demanded someone to leave. If you can’t handle the industry and its hours… get out.

The games very fun, just wish it was a little bigger. Restrooms were clean, but the food was pretty bad. We order the pepperoni pretzels to start. They were cold and just thrown together and tasted awful. The waitress was nice and took them off the bill. Then the food came, just FYI the kids Mac and cheese is Kraft, so don’t order it unless you want to pay $ 5 for it. We waited forever for our food, it was cold. Waited over 25 mins for our check. Will we go back but just for games and maybe dessert.

Dave and Busters Lets see Awful service Awful overpriced food Fruit flys in the dining room Subpar bartenders that dont acknowledge customers Games are ok if they work Didn’t feel safe after dark in the parking lot Enough reason for me to spend my money somewhere else. I gave them 3 chances and they struck out every time. If they dont get the act together they probably won’t be around

I attended a company outing held here and, while this is 180 degrees from being ‘my thing’, I did enjoy myself and can rate it on it’s own merits. We had a private room with drink tickets and a well-funded game card. I received some conflicting information regarding the drink tickets,(I was supposed to ask the servers in the function room for drinks), but the bartenders graciously served us. The servers in our room were also effecient, attentive and friendly. The food was good for what is essentially children’s finger food. It was simple, but tasty. There is an enormous variety of games that take varying amounts of points off your game pass. We mostly played skeeball, but we played a few other things, too. We ended up with enough tickets to take home a fluffy unicorn. All in all, a fun family outing.

There’s a decent selection of games here, though a few of them are sort of laughable(such as a giant flappy bird game or the giant connect four game). They did seem to get a whole new slew of games recently so it’s nice to know that they’re keeping up to date constantly, though I’m a little sad they axed the guitar hero game they used to have here. The pricing in terms of eat + play combos are pretty good and there is always half off Wednesdays which are great. The food and bar are decent enough, but it’s nothing to write home about. Drinks are not that strong and the food has gone a bit downhill from when they originally opened. It’s a good place for team events and there’ll always be the times I want to get nostalgic and play DDR, so I’ll definitely be back.

Play eat with the kids. We all three got the play and eat deal. Food was good, service was quick and courteous. *So to finish the review. I had to drop a star. To many games not working or took credits without the game starting.

Wednesday nights at Dave and Busters can’t let you down. ½ off all games AND cocktails. I’ve stopped in a couple times, but tried their menu for the first time on my most recent visit. Service is slow, they’re understaffed and it took maybe ten minutes for our server to come up to our table. We put in all our orders then and he was very«on» for the next 10 – 15 minutes until our food came. We received the same service when waiting for our bill, LONG wait. Also, in a huge corporate chain like Dave & Busters, they really should’ve thought of getting some better lights at the tables, these tiny spot light fixtures that only light-up half of the menu don’t work. Food was okay, I wouldn’t bring a date here for dinner. We ordered off the $ 16.99 deal, you receive a $ 10.00 game card included in the price of the meal [so you pay $ 6.99 for the meal]. I tried the chicken caesar salad and Steve-o A. got the cheese steak sammy, served with fries. The cheese steak sandwich was actually pretty good, although it’s not something you should eat often! Caesar salad had fried chicken on it and was okay. Patron margarita was light on liquor while the tiki drink was heavy on the sweet! I’ve got to go back and find a better cocktail [but Wednesday nights they’re only about $ 4.50-$ 6.00]. On to the games, honestly, it’s a little overwhelming for me personally. Loud, dark, constantly busy. Check out the 4-D Dark Escape 4 if you want to scream and wet yourself a little. 4-player Mario Cart is a blast, even though I get my bum kicked by Steve A. and Ron W. every time. They’ve also got a trivia game that will test your knowledge and LOTS of games that give out TONS of tickets. We won 17,900 tickets in one night [that was the accumulation of about $ 25.00 though]. Overall, a fun night, although definitely recommend on Wednesday nights – your tokens go MUCH farther!

Is Thug Life better than No Life! Cary better be glad Something is going on in this Mall!!! We felt very safe and had a very nice time here last Saturday Night! Some people with Asperger Syndrome will LOVE this place! It is LOUD and a LOT is going on! This is only my Second time to one of these places and it has changed a lot since RobbieTheLoveKnobbie introduced me to Dave and Busters(Dallas Location) for his Bachelor Party Weekend! My plan was to EAT and Leave and Ms, eBay Bride Cary World was agreed we arrived conveniently late, we met our party and decided to play some since Dave doesNOT take reservations [Really I think they do this so you will spend your $ playing and that is fine when you know that! Plan B We will watch everyone else play… Ha ha ha We played : Air Hockey Basket Ball Football Some kind of Bowling Game Jurassic Park Shooting Game and More Then we Ate Short Rib and Mac & Cheese Sandwich this was Way Better than I expected Frazzeled Onions these were Very Good! Super Thin RED Onions DeepFried in a light batter Our Server and Manager were Very pleasant and did a GREAT job handling our Party of nine… 5 Unilocal stars for Service ! ! ! ! ! ChuckEcheesey for Young Adults or for Middle Schoolers with Parents ON One SIDE, Sports BAR on the Other! Our Party was Eight Adults and one 8 year old Boy with an inflatable Hammer Sports Bar … I have always said«Don’t tell me it’s a Sports Bar» though here they were showing X Games, so I have to admit I enjoyed it! Then later they switched to all MMA Fights and we saw(probably) the most brutal one of the Evening, my Bride asked some questions about it and we were glad that was not the only«Sport» on all night! I would go back if it were someone elses idea! It was Fun though I would rather do a lot of other things like relaxing in an environment with less light and sound stimuli, MOST of the time!

When you’re talking a bout a big chain like Dave and Busters there are always good and bad things about it. The good: Huge space with lots of super hi-tech games, large bar area plastered with high-def panels, modern dining area with good menu of bar food The bad: Mediocre to poor service for food, lots of noise and bling to make you A-D-D, expensive for games(unless you come on ½ price Wednesdays) Dave and Busters is a fun, once in a while treat if you’re ready for some arcade and video game excitement. Love Mario Kart, skee-ball, the football toss and more. Plus lots of bling and ding-ding-ding in the air. So if you’ve got kids and some money to burn, stop on by Dave and Busters. Just bring the ear plugs, you’ve been warned…
