Once again Joseph saves the day. He is the best Tech ever. 13 days ago a cracked screen. Today a battery if only the Apple Store took the time he did.

Joseph was the best. On time, professional, honest, and knowledgable. My ipad looks brand new! And when I had an issue with the device all of a sudden not being able to charge, I sent him a text and he was at my house looking at the device that SAME day… a SUNDAY… better yet, Father’s Day. Ended up being an issue due to a third parties work when they installed the case on my ipad, but Joseph troubleshooted it, found the problem, fixed the problem and all on the same day of my concern. Even though the issue was not due to his work, he still helped and didn’t charge me any extra money for his follow up service call… all part of the original fee! Hire Joesph… you won’t just be «not disappointed,» you’ll be impressed! His number is stored in my phone and I’ll call him directly if I ever need anything in the future!

I am SO thrilled I was referred to Joseph. He was very polite, prompt, professional, returned my calls, if not answered right away. He admitted he hadn’t done my specific tablet before, but I went with him anyway. He went out of his way to pick up my tablet and what a perk that is! My daughter’s tablet came out great! I had a cracked mini iPad screen, that was pretty bad. I found Joseph on FB & decided to give him a chance… It didn’t take long for him to fix it & now it looks BRAND NEW! He was professional about everything & I have nothing negative to say! If I ever need any repairs in the future I will get in contact with him & I would definitely recommend him to anyone!!!

Joseph was outstanding. I found him on Unilocal but only had one review to go by. I took the chance to call him since I live in ramona and I’m so glad I did. His price was totally reasonable and he met me at a preferred location which was at Starbucks. He was down in San Diego when I called and he immediately made arrangements for me. The phone was inoperable and he fixed it within a half hour. He saved me time and gas and was so professional. Again a huge shout out Amazing!!! P. s. He is mobile so he gets reviews under San Diego section of Unilocal with I crack because I mentioned to him how I used Unilocal and he only had one review and so I thought the least I could do is do a ramona review.
