Worse Chick-​Fil-​A experience ever. Ordered a number 1, bit into my sandwich and it was raw in the middle!!!
Then when I brought this to the managers attention, he acted very arrogant about how there was no way this sandwich in my hand came from their kitchen. Mind you I ordered inside, ate inside, and walked right back to the counter… I suggest you send this kitchen manager back to school, Jason is what another employee told me his name was… because he had no name tag on.
Will be driving down 41 to hit Acworth anytime I want one now.

I always love chick-​fil-​a. They seem to always have the friendliest staff and best food (not to mention its clean!) This particular location can do better. Their breakfast ends at 11 and i arrived shortly after 10, they were completely sold out and (unlike other locations) refused to make my order leaving me with a choice of what else to order. The first time i went here i went through drive through and the girl dropped my change. right into some gooey polonesian sauce that had busted and wasn’t cleaned up. Please do better, you’re the only «chick» we got!

One of my favorite places to eat. I eat here at least once a week and have been eating at this chick fil a for 7 years. Easily 5 stars On food, service, and cleanliness! My visit 2 weeks ago I ordered the wrap and the flatbread it was wrapped in was wet and soggy. I was disappointed bc I got home before I realized it. I ate it anyway… Bc I’m brave I guess.
I emailed the the corporate office with a formal complaint and they sent me a coupon for a chicken sandwich which made me feel better. They still have my business as long as I don’t get another soggy wrap.

Food was good but we went to this chick fil A on a day where they were having a princess daddy dinner or something of the sort. We were informed this was a reservation type thing. My son was home from the navy and wanted a picture with his niece and the princess. This was in February. My granddaughter did not understand why she couldn’t have her picture taken with the princess or have a crown. They wouldn’t even let us take a picture on our cell phones. She is 4 yrs old. We offered to pay for it, but the employee (female, brown longish hair) in charge was rude and informed us it was only for the participants that reserved it. The female in charge and her employees kept pointing and talking about us. This is not what I expected from chick fil A.
High and mighty Christian establishment? Please practice what you preach. How were we to know this was going on in the store? Other children were disappointed also and turned away. I think this was in very bad taste for such a respected establishment.

I have always went here before I went into work and ofr my breaks.
My visits were always greeted the warm welcome smile and a fast correct order. Dealing with some crazy people at work a good generous welcome is always a plus when walking into a place of business. Chick-​fil-​a is and will always be the place I turn to if I need a fast meal on the go.

Very busy!!! It took awhile to order but our food came out pretty quick.
They gave me the wrong sandwich but they corrected it and gave me the right one with no issued. They forget my friend’s coffee but they have her a bigger size when she finally got it.
The employee were friendly and the dining area was clean. It was a good breakfast but not the best chick fil a experience.

The only negative thing I have to say about this location is that if you’re coming from i-​75, it is VERY hard to find. Good luck!

Holy cow Batman! Is this really Chick-​fl-​A? I think that Christmas may arrive before my food. 2 people have bright stuff back while we are waiting.
The bathroom was not clean. One person seemed to be mopping but the floors were super slippery after not before. (My son really liked)

Drive-​thru was busy but quick. Staff inside were friendly and pleasant despite the shear amount of business this location was doing. Grilled nuggets were an absolute hit with the kids.

This has to be the most impressive Chick-​Fil-​A I’ve ever graced. The employees are almost too friendly. There are real flowers on the tables. It’s clean. There is complimentary mouthwash in the bathroom. Wifi is free and actually works. And of course, the delightful chicken and waffle fries are hot and superb. Yum.

Always good and you know what to expect.
