We ordered smoothies and they dint give us. We have to ask them for it. We ordered onion rings and got fries instead. But to compensate they gave large rings later. Taste is good but service is bad.
Veggie burger is awful. It’s as hard as rock along edges and I left half of it cuz of this.

I haven’t had a problem with them so far so all in all I’m okay with them: they just need a more higher powered microwave because sometimes my food is lukewarm and it’s very annoying at times but It’s so far so good with BK for now and the new renovations they did came out pretty awesome and the atmosphere is okay for the most part

This Is The Worst Burger King I Have Ever Seen. The customer service is the absolute worst. This is the 2nd time that I have totally canceled my order and refused to spend my money in such a disgusting place. The 1st time I left the food because I was sitting in my car at the drive thru and watched the employee dig wax or something out of her ear while picking up my food to bag it. Yuck!!! So I left the food and the wax with her. The 2nd time the customer service from both the cashier and the manager (Demaris) was so terrible that I again left. And I can assure you I will not be back!

I wish I could give this zero stars. The food is always ice cold. The service is terribly slow and no one is nice. Today we got a simple order of a few burgers, a chicken wrap, and fries. The fries were cold. The burgers were pink, undercooked, and frankly smelled like dog food. Our previous visit had us waiting 20 minutes (not kidding) in the drive thru. If the design of the drive thru wasn’t so small, we would have drove away. Then we arrived at the window to find out that a medium chicken sandwich meal and nothing else costs $ 10. The menu says its $ 6 and change but apparently «upgrading to a medium» is an extra $ 3 – 4. We gave this place many chances because there are not a lot of good food options here in Carteret… But this place should be closed. No question about it. Someone will get very sick from this food…
