Been to quite a few Starbucks(been a gold member for a couple of years now) and I can honestly say I haven’t encountered a rude Starbucks employee… Until today. Very disappointed about the service: the cashier did not greet me, did not have a smile on her face, and was pretty rude and impatient as I needed to reload my funds on my account to pay. But it didn’t sound like she was unhappy to greet the next gentleman behind me, as she perked up and greeted him with a smile. I didn’t appreciate the selective customer service. Been her 2 – 3 times with similar encounters, won’t be going back. Starbucks should always hold up to their friendly standards, always.

I’m new to this area and, so far, this is the best Starbucks in the area. Only waited like 5 minutes and they nailed it with my Double Chocolate Chip Frappuccino w/soy. Wish it had a drive-thru!

I’ll admit, I had an addiction. For 20 years, I bought a latte several times a week. Everyone knew what to get me for presents… something Starbucks. Well, I have had one latte since December. My addiction has ended. They simply cannot make a drink correctly. I can tell when I pick up the cup, if it’s going to be right or not. The manager got a little rude after knowing us for 6 years, like I don’t know what it’s supposed to taste like. She knows how often I was there! Of COURSE I know! Sometimes I would pour them down the sink. I can’t taste them before I leave because it’s too hot. I drove back several times, as I live 5 minutes away, but it got to be too much trouble. My 20 year addiction has ended because you don’t train your workers well enough.

I used my mobile right after I parked my car. I walked in expecting to wait a couple minutes, but it was waiting for me. Super fast service. We generally stop in as a group at the end of lunch and sit in the patio area as there is plenty of seating. No drive thru at this location.

I ve gotten the wrong drink a couple of times at different Starbucks and I’ve always gotten it changed for the right one at no charge because it hasn’t been my mistake. Except at this Starbucks. The customer service is not good here and to to it off my drink had a finger or two of space in the top. Good thing I don’t live around the area so I’m never going back there again.

Okay, so I’m giving this place 2 stars … I would give none but their drinks are sometimes good, I just had some really rude customer service for the first time in years of coming to this place. I wish I would’ve got her name but it was some short skinny Asian girl with messy hair. I ordered 2 venti passion teas with 7 classic &7 raspberry syrup. Always order that and they usually fail to get it right but are very nice when I ask them to change it. In this occasion I asked her very nicely if she can add the raspberry syrup because it did not taste the same as the other tea I got & she gave me such attitude saying«I already put some in their smfh«and she kept saying that over and over again and continued to talk smack to her other coworker about the situation. I get it if I was being a b**** about it but I asked kindly & she started talking her nonsense… I love Starbucks & never have problems but this particular Starbucks is where I have the most problems… Customer service & drinks wise… Will not ever come back here again. Couple of my friends have worked & work at this location … It was cool while it lasted but never again… I spent my whole gift card thinking it would be a pleasant visit but it wasn’t. I walked across to the SB in albertsons where they treated me very well & gave me a card to get a free drink … The drink I purchased their was so good 100% better than the one at this location… I will be taking my money to the one at albertsons from now on… Super long review. I’m not one to complain but as a person who has worked in CUSTOMERSERVICE for a long time I know how a person should be treated… As for this place they don’t do such a hot job.

So I been to plenty of starbucks in my day, I have had the gold card for couple years now .haha like if im 80 years old or something but, I ordered couple things and half the items they said they ran out of. I had to compromise so I said thats ok ill get 10 caramel frap with noooo whip cream … so I got 5 frap with whip cream and 5 strawberry smoothies. Wth lol who does that I told them I asked for 10 of the same exact drink caramel frap with noooo whip cream. They were ready and would you not believe they were all caramel fraps with whip creammm aaaahhh… Nobody in my job likes whip cream the horror. I could not say its ok nobody liked the whip cream… So I asked again and the manager said sorry we will give money back have a great day… I was like ok, thank you, awesome, and what about my caramel fraps with no whip cream. The manager looked at me and said well we cant make it again you waisted alot of our materials. So late now that now 4 of my coworkers came to see why I was taking so long. I told them the sitiuation they were mad so it was a back and forth argument until the general manager clocked in and made it herself funny thing we brought it to the office and 2 of them were moca like omg no way… lol

The workers today were not even mildly close to being personable. I got immediately passed off to another co-worker and my drink was incorrect. All i got was an iced coffee with milk and sweetener. Maybe it was just a bad morning for the workers, but it definitely showed.

This is probably the worst Starbucks in the Northern Hemisphere. Every time I come here I end up arguing with one of the high school drop outs. Stop putting whip cream on my drink idio**. I’ll bring Q tips next time

Friendly staff but very very slow service, floor and tables dirty. I don’t think I will be coming back. Plus Ray made my coffee with the wrong milk. He had to do it again and I ask for whip cream and I didn’t receive any.

I just left this Starbucks and I ordered a Trenta Caramel Iced Coffee to help me get through my late shift and I ended up with a bitter horrible drink. I mean did they dump the entire contents of coffee into my drink? Where is the hint of Caramel? It’s soo bitter I cannot even finish nor sip this drink. I have to go brush my teeth or rinse it out with water to get some of the bitterness out of my mouth. I’ll be looking for better Starbucks to go to or another coffee place.

Brought my own reusable cup with measurements. They still used a plastic cup to only to measure then they just threw it away. Don’t understand what the purpose of bringing your own cup is.

I ordered Teavana® Shaken Iced Passion Tango™ Tea Lemonade. I watched the barista make it without«shaking» it so I asked if she can shake it because believe me it does taste different. She kinda give me an attitutde but did it anyway. She said that they really no longer do this because it’ll contain milk? Anyhow, can someone please tell me why they call this drink SHAKEN then?

My favorite starbucks! Workers are always friendly and make the best drinks. No other starbucks compares. Close to home and in the plaza so I can go run other errands. Only down fall is sometimes they are understaffed and drinks take too long to be made but this usually only happens on weekend afternoons.

Horrible experience today as a customer. This caucasian male of a manager came up to my chair, yanked it from under my feet, and said«keep your shoes off the chair, your welcome to stay as a customer». First of all next time you approach a stranger and start pulling and tugging on chairs you should take the time to actually introduce yourself and explain your managerial position in your business. Second of all i am a paying customer and i believe i have the right to sit, elevate my legs and study as i please. Third of all, how about you go do your paperwork in the office instead of occupying two tables in the lobby when your«customers» have no where to sit. Sincerely, One very unhappy customer!

This is my regular starbucks my drinks are always on point and made in a timely manner. I actually enjoy that the Baristas are social with the customers its better then being dry. Everyone has always been so friendly and its kind of nice that they know alot of the customers by name. I’m a regular at starbucks but this is by far my favorite. People need to let loose and not be so uptight when people are talking out loud and enjoying there jobs.

My favorite drink at Starbucks has got to be the zebra. It’s a blended Frappuccino mixed with white and dark moca. I love it
