This morning I experienced the worst service in all the years I’ve gone to Starbucks. While standing in line I picked up an instant refresher package up only because it was labeled they were on sale. After getting the receipt I saw it was not discounted so asked a barista. She with an attitude gave it to another worker to check. Later she came back stating sale ended yesterday. I asked that they remove the sign as its being falsely advertised. I said if the price could not be adjusted I wanted a refund. She handed it back to me and said WEDONTHAVETIME and walked away. I get we’re all busy but I stood in line patiently like everyone else did in line and though I approached it in a calm as a matter of fact way, it could have been handled without the crappy customer service attitude. Wish I could have given ZERO stars.

The only good thing about this location is the convenience of a drive-thru. Otherwise, I’d avoid all in all. It’s mid-day on Saturday and we’re craving for something cold, refreshing, something frappé. We pull up to the order mic and low and behold, a lifeless, tired, and annoyed employee. «What would you like?» «Anything else?» And then another lifeless voice cuts in when we ask what teavana teas are available. I’m feeling annoyed now at this point. Why are there two voices talking to me from the box?! Ugh. Whatever. We didn’t even get a welcoming greeting; hello, how are you?, what can I get started for you?, welcome to Starbuck’s, can I take your order? I pull up to pay, I’m handed my drinks. I’m waiting for the rest of my order and she asks«were you waiting for something else?» Yes. MYBUTTERCROISSANT. «Oh, my fault.» *finally drives away with an eye roll.* I want to visit another Starbucks location just to make up for this experience. *rolls eyes again*

I am a frequent Starbucks visitor, almost everyday, and i am always treated with a smile of at least a welcoming voice, but every time I’ve visited this Starbucks it has never been friendly or welcoming. I’ve been here at different times of the day like in the morning or afternoon and only once a gentlemen was nice and apologetic because my mobile order wasn’t ready yet. Each order I’ve made has been through the mobile order app and most times were never ready when I got there. So what’s the point of a mobile order. My latest experience today I went through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order and when I told her she just says drive thru, no «thank you» or «sure we’ll have it ready for you» NOTHING! Then when I get to the window no greeting just staring at me and the gives me my drink, again no «here you go» or «have a nice day» or even a common sense«thank you» NOTHING! If you don’t like your job then get another one!!! Maybe I’m spoiled because my usual Starbucks on Carson St and Normandie treat me so well but I’ve also been to the Sepulveda and Dolores location and they are always so nice as well! This location sucks, go to a different one!

Worst service, only one register opened in the morning, took 15 minutes in line. With that many employees walking around customers should have a minimal wait time. Avoid coming here

I come here at least 3 times a week… Usually early in the morning to get my usual venti caramel iced coffee with soy. The service is always good and my drink taste the same just about every time. I usually go out of my way or pass other Starbucks to come to this location.

Love how early they open even on weekends! Plus, I’m so thankful for Drive-thru’s especially on this 48 degree, 6am type of morning! I’m so hooked on the Butterscotch latte – get it while it’s still being featured! It’s worth the try. Thanks for the girl who took my order and was so nice at the window. She’s a great morning person! Grande size, Butterscotch latte: with soy, no foam. –Excellent!

I know I’m not the first customer to make a mistake using the app for ordering. Because I wanted to receive credit for each drink order, I made 2 different drink orders. Unfortunately eke drink went to two different stores. I had just got off dialysis and I don’t drive. I rely on transportation that was nice enough to stop for me to get the drinks. I explain that to the store, that I wasn’t able to get the other drink from the correct store. The woman I spoke with was nice enough to speak to the manager. Unfortunately the manager didn’t seem to care and wouldn’t even help me out. Yes I admit I made a mistake and should have double checked first, but after explaining, I was hoping they would help me out. The first drink I picked up was already beginning to melt and by the time I would go to the other store, both drinks would be completely melted and diluted. I’m upset because I am a frequent customer of Starbucks. I made a simple mistake and was hoping for a little courtesy. I don’t think it would have been a big deal if they happened to help me out. I think the whole points system is stupid. If I didn’t want to receive credit for each drink, then I would not have ordered separately. That’s the whole reason why I had to make different orders. It’s ridiculous that they couldn’t make one exception for a disabled person!

I should’ve used their drive thru… or better yet go someplace else. Service = 1* whatever happens to at least letting customers know that their order is ready? Drink I ordered =1* ordered a Frappuccino, but it’s like sipping an ice all melted coffee.

This is the WORST starbucks I have ever been too. I have been here multiple times since I live closest to this location and I cannot believe how bad this place is. For starters the drive through is so slow and then when you finally get to the window you dont even get a hello or goodbye. They simply hand you your drink and off you. The biggest problem though is not even the service its actually the drinks. Every drink no matter what the drink is always too sweet! I dont get it. You ask for 2 pumps and they put 6 always! It seems as though they do it on purpose. With that said, I’d rather drive a city away just to avoid this place.

This is the WORST Starbucks on the planet and to top it off — they are racists! I placed an order that was labelled correctly on the cup. Once I got home, I realized that it was the wrong drink. I returned with the drink and asked that it be corrected. A WHITE customer came up behind me with the same issue. The customer asked for a new drink — she was given a new drink and a REFUND. I asked the manager why I wasn’t given a new drink and a refund — she had no answer. Other customers there informed me that the location is notorious for getting the drink orders wrong. So in other words, this Starbucks gets the drinks wrong on a regular basis AND extends a free drink courtesy to non-black customers too? …I’ll pass and you should too!

My husband and I love Starbucks and have grown accustomed to a certain level of service, sadly this location does not measure up. We wanted 20 minutes in the drive thru when there was only one car in front of us. First the clerk on the speaker said she didn’t know how to ring up a vente tea with one tea bag. Then, the car in front of us had 8 frappecino style drinks — not Starbucks fault. However, if you knew it was going to take a long time to prepare their order, it is probably a good idea to ask them to pull around so you can continue to serve the other cars while their drinks are being made. Especially since it looked like one barista was making hot drinks and the other cold drinks. And, especially since we only had ordered hot drinks. When we finally got up to the window, we could see that our hot drink was made but just sitting there while the gal running the window was making cold drinks for cars behind us. It say there for a little while, until she was finished making all their drinks and decided to return to manning the window. Then, my husband’s coffee was so full that it was leaking all over when they handed it to him. We had to pull over and dump some out, after getting it all over the car. Either they don’t have enough people working(only 3) or the people working don’t know what they are doing. In either case, this was a bad experience.

This Starbucks is around the corner from my house but I always get the same thing when I come through, «We are out of that». Came in today for Pumpkin Spice Latte, the drink of the season and they are out. Came in last week for a soy toffee nut latte but they were out of soy. I always have to drive out of my way to go to another location. Such a waste of my time.

There were 7 people behind the counter and no one acknowledged my presence until after standing there for at least three minutes. Will never return to this Starbucks. No sense of urgency what so ever.

I came in a the evening for a decaf drip. They didn’t have any decaf coffee at all. Didn’t even offer to make a fresh batch(which I would’ve waited for since I’m a coffee addict). Instead the barista with the falsies and purple lipstick(which did not compliment the Starbucks uniform at all) offered an iced decaf americano instead. Sure iced, as I asked for a drip coffee while wearing pants and a sweatshirt. Because obviously I’m not cold enough… This whole experience wouldn’t have been so bad if the baristas had a little more sense in urgency and actual common sense. I can easily look past their MAC made faces. But three female baristas looked at each other smiling and giggling, trying to figure who would help me out first. Absolutely stupid. Luckily I was the only one in line.

To the crew working 9÷22÷15 at 3:20pm: my girlfriend and I came in with a drink made wrong TWICE at a different Starbucks. You guys were very nice, remade her drink perfectly and even had her taste it before we left to make sure it was to her liking. Thank you so much for upholding the quality we expect from Starbucks!

Decided to stop at this one for lunch instead of the usual one i go to that is a few minutes down the street. Only reason was the last two trips the usual one i go to didn’t have any bagels and no protein or cheese boxes they seems to never restock for some reason i can’t believe from the time they open to 11am they would run out of all of those items so this location had all available with the exception of the plain bagel which they also didn’t have but they had the multigrain so i got that. This one does have more parking too. I’ll probably go back and forth between the two during my lunch break. I really wish these Starbucks would stock up on all their eating items i also notice they don’t stock up on their kind bars as well.

Was there is morning and I work in the area. I got there at 6:40. Drive thru was long about 10 cars in front. I figured it couldn’t be that bad… I SPENT20MINSINLINE! Got late to work all for coffee? You get near the window and there is no sense of urgency from the workers. Bad customer service always. Going to try the one down the street.
