Super convenient time saver for this mom of two young kids whose schedules are jammed packed with activities. If I could wash, fold, and put away laundry while inside of the mom-​taxi, I would. At laundry 360, they get it done for me and they do it well. It’s $ 1.50 per pound, not $ 1.25, as another review said. They ask what options you want for each load (type of soap, bleach, softener). Their softener smelled too strong for me so I just bring my own «free and clear» sheets and they use it, no problem. They do carry All free and clear detergent though. A mountain of clean, neatly folded clothes, wrapped up and ready for me the next day. Overall, great, and I’m a new regular. Liz and Nena have been very helpful.

Excellent service from Liz doing Fluff and Fold. Excellent price per pound. Excellent communication with many ways to contact the staff. There’s a rewards program and coupons for future visits. The hours are also convenient to fit any work schedule. What more can you ask for in laundry service. I highly recommend Laundry 360.

Sometimes we come here with a extra big load when we do not want to overload our one at home. This place has many different size washers up to industrial weight and the machines take good old fashion quarters. They also have the card you can purchase I just prefer the old school way. There is a change machine in there, couple vending machines, couple TV’s, and plenty of parking. Staff is friendly and they also offer a variety of fluff n fold options, great service.

I really like this place, it seems as if everytime I come I like it a little more, they had no light in the restroom, they fixed that. The door doesn’t lock but I guess if u go in quick it’s not a big deal. The washing machines work really well and this laundry mat isn’t close to my house but I’ll drive the 15+ minutes here. The lady that’s usually here is super nice. My only complaint and it honestly put off on coming back is this other employee I encountered tonight she said her name was Liz, and had glasses. She was so rude, never have I experienced such customer service.
The washing machine I was using, stopped washing in the middle of my load, so I went to let her know, my machine had stopped. When she came over to the machine she says that the code that popped up was because I overloaded the machine. Mind you it says «commercial washer» it had my daughter’s jeans in there. She went on to tell me that I obviously hadn’t read the directions on the machine and that it clearly stated, that since there was a picture to use a little bit of soap that means only wash alittle. I told her there were nothing on the machine that states that, but to only use the recommended amount. She said that’s what it means, and there was no getting anywhere with her. This isn’t my first time washing, and I also do know how to read. So I was pretty upset, she also said to show her my bottle of detergent so she could show me the measurements, and if I didn’t she would show me with a bottle from the back.
I’ve never been so upset, I didn’t even want to finish my laundry here, but with a 3 year old with me I figured I should just finish. This experience has made me look on Unilocal for a new laundry mat. I would’ve given it no stars but the older lady that’s usually here is always so pleasant and friendly. She even puts cartoons for the kids to keep them sitting.

Excellent fluff and fold service. Liz does a fantastic job removing the dirt, grease, and oil from my dirty refinery clothes. They give you your choice of detergent, fabric softener, and even oxy clean to get your clothes extra clean. I can’t recommend this location any better. The best fluff and fold I’ve been too!

The fluff and fold service is great. My daughter has excema and they offer dye free soap. Clothes come out great and our sheets and comforter smell great. The staff is friendly and always ask how my family is doing. They even offer delivery for fluff and fold when I can’t pick up. I definitely recommend!

If you want a modern state of the art Laundromat, this is the place to go! Their charging stations are super convenient! I also use their laundry pick up service all the time and they never disappoint! Fast and efficient service is always provided! Definitely recommend them!

My family has been coming here for years doing our laundry. The place is always clean and well maintained by Liz the onsite manager. She is always cheerful and helpful when needed. I have never met the owner but it appears he cares about his customers because he continues to upgrade this facility. We have told several of our neighbors about this location and they feel the same way.

Used the wash and fold service, my laundry was clean, smelled good and folded nicely. Great customer service!

My family and I were visiting from San Antonio, Texas around June 19^th/​20^th. We were looking for a place to wash and dry our clothes since the hotel we were coming from in Anaheim did not have working washing machines. We wanted to wash our clothes before checking in at 3pm to a hotel in Carson. The facilities were clean; both the washing machines and dryers were roomy enough to accommodate our rather large loads of laundry, that were accumulated for a family of four over 3 day period. The prices were very reasonable. The beautiful young lady, Ms. Liz, who was there and maintaining the facilities is very kind and helpful. She even provided info on an additional airline to consider when travelling again. Thank you Ms. Liz. It was a pleasure to meet you.

If your looking for a clean and friendly place to go wash… Precision Laundry is the place. They offer great customer service (Thanks Liz for doing such a great job you deserve more acknowledgment) fluff and fold and well over all you feel like your at home doing laundry. I live on the other side of the town (Long Beach) but I don’t mind the drive because this place is great. So if your looking for a place to wash and fold check this place out… and one more thing for those that need to do work or homework they offer free Wifi so hey it’s true you can kill two birds with one stone :)

I’ve done their drop off laundry service before and I really appreciate the service and outstanding help I got from Liz. (Funny that we even have the same name and both leftys too!) She helped me get my stuffs in the car even if it was raining really hard that night. Thanks to her it helped me get my laundries done just in time in preparation for my outing the next day! Loved her and her outstanding service. Definitely will recommend and come back again! :)
