The food is amazing! Everything is so good! But their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I wish I can star them better due to the food being delicious but those people are rude and very disrespectful just because I’m not fluent in Spanish they treat everyone like shit and not just me but everyone that goes says the same thing those employs need some education on their customer service skills!

Food is great, takes a while to make which i dont mind atleast i know its fresh. They have Best Horchata ive ever tasted!!! And the Chamangos are good too!

Lazy!!! They wouldn’t sell me a juice 40 mins before closing!!! Just lazy!!! Went back a week later. I called to place my order & was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived for my order & they told me I didn’t call & no order had been placed. She told me «tog probably called the store in Downey» I absolutely did not call Downey. I walked out. NEVERGOINGBACK

When the lady in front asked me what kind of juice I wanted, I jokingly asked«How about all your fresh juices in one?». Suprisingly she did just that and made this super juice mixture that had all sorts of fruit as well as beets, carrots, cactus, and even a hint of chile. It actually tasted really freakin awesome!!! And for just $ 4 for a decent sized cup?! I would’ve been easily charged over $ 10 in any other fresh juice shop. Also had a huarache with carne asada, and that tasted pretty good, although the masa base was a little too tough. Overall, I love this place, and I will definitely be coming back again and again for the fresh juice.

Love their chicken tacos! Their salsa verde is the best I’ve ever tasted hands down! Its best to phone in your order ahead of time during lunch hours on weekdays and during the summer. Lines can get pretty long!

THISPLACEISLIKEANABUSIVERELATIONSHIP. I dont know why I keep going back. lol. Their customer service = a bunch of chickens running around w/their heads cut off. But by far the BEST agua de pina EVER! and tacos arent too shabby. especially for $ 1! Trying to place a pre-order over the phone is like-calling a radio station to win tickets! NOANSWER! But I come back. hoping itll get better. :/

The spicy fruit here is the best. Went at 12:45pm today & was in & out in less than 3 minutes. They just started charging 75 cent credit card fees, so bring cash!

The food is a 4. But dam, the customer service is so bad makes me not want to come back that’s why I give it a 2. the agua de fresa is the only reason I deal with the bad service and come back.

The chamango is amazing would give the 5 stars especially for the price. Food is amazing but the diablito held the 5 star they make it way to spicy gives your stomach a nasty burn. Always give good portion for the food. For me and the wife to like its a plus.

Gave this place a try since tacos were $ 1. Ordered 2 tacos and 1 burrito. The Carne asada tacos were good but nothing special. Half way through my burrito I found a staple. Beware of the burrito as it comes with staples.

I’m glad I finally gave this place a try! I was hanging out one hot Saturday afternoon and was craving something sweet and refreshing. I wasn’t necessarily in the mood for one of their Chamango so I tried their Pina-Colada Respado. It was exactly what I was craving. The coconut and pineapple flavors were delicious and the ice cooled me down. It took a decent amount to finish it which was great because I felt satisfied. The staff there are mostly women if not all the staff. They are very friendly and work at a great pace! I ordered two drinks and waited no more than 10 minutes! The place wasn’t too busy but there was enough to wait a little. The plaza where this business is located is a little sketchy but sometimes great spots aren’t always in the best places. I am definitely coming back and trying out other flavors!

This place is pretty BOMB-A-LICIOUS! I usually come here when I’m at work because they are close and they have smoothies! I LOVE, LOVE they have a BIG selection of flavors to select from so I can always switch it up if need be. It’s the prefect cool treat on those HOTSUMMER days and I am anticipating that we will be having YETANOTHERHOT, HOT, HOT summer! Recently I came here for lunch! The food here is AUTHENTIC and SOOOFRICKINDELISH! They have a NICE size menu with all the typical foods! They are not trying to any sort of Mexican or Latin Fusion so if that is what your looking for go else where! This is GOODOLEAUTHENTIC Mexican food! I got ordered 3 tacos and the NORMALREGULARPRICE was $ 0.99 a taco! WHAT! YEESSS! I don’t even think they bother to lower the price for taco Tuesday BECAUE the PRICE is ALREADYGOOD! They are the street tacos so the prefect size for lunch! I got 2 chicken tacos and one asada taco and I got them with EVERYTHING which includes onions, cilantro, fresh cut radishes, salsa and lime! The come on a disposable plate wrapped in foil not some container. It’s totally like you went over someone house and they packed you some food to go! Sort of bootleg but it adds to the AUTHENTICNATURE of this place. I devoured those tacos and they were SLAMMIN! I’ve also had the pleasure of trying one of there chamangos. It’s basically mango ice cream/smoothie with fresh mango cut and added on top and chili lime inside. That’s the red stuff! I didn’t care for the chili lime taste! People LOVEIT and they were flying out the door! They also have fresh fruit and cream, gelatin and ice cream! This place is teeny tiny and parking is a COMPLETENIGHTMARE if its packed and usually it is! The line is USUALLYOUTTHEDOOR but peeps don’t seem to mind waiting and that is ONLY because the food and service is FAST and FRIENDLY! I’m sure I’ll be back here for another smoothie and some tacos!

I came here with a work colleague after a bad day and it was a great pick me up! I ordered their chamango and didn’t wait long for it to come out. It included a mango purée with chamoy, cut up mangos, and tamarindo on a straw. At first it was a bit thick to drink through the straw so I started going at it with the spoon and it was pretty good! Not the bomb, but came pretty close. The tamarindo on a straw was a bit odd. After it melted a little bit more it tasted so much better! It was spicy too but not too overwhelming. I am excited to try their other desserts as well as their food. Parking lot is a bit small, we found parking easily but not sure if there is an extra lot in the back. Service was good, my colleague ordered in Spanish for me and I think I could probably get away with the Spanish that I know. The shop is small and I can see it getting crowded, but this place is great overall!

It’s true this restaurant features good food at a cheap price. However this reflects their dinning room cleaningness(trash on the floor) as well as their table service(non existent). This place is more like a taco truck where they only have people to help take your order and pick up your food. When I went to sit at a table, all available takes had dirty plates which I had to bus myself. In addition to this bad service, because the plates are so reasonably priced, it gets super packed to the point where the line almost goes out the door. This crowding in a tiny place isn’t «ideal» and the small parking lot gets filled up quickly. I had to park on the street about half a block away. Pros: Food tastes good! But do yourself a favor and just order it to go. If this place starts taking orders over the phone I will increase my review rating. For now the customers just have to put up with it.

I went on a Thursday evening and it was pretty crowded, there was a long line I didn’t mind I had no rush. I ordered the Chamango !! It was Amazing !!(!$ 4) I also ordered a walnut Icy it was pretty good packed with walnuts and a cherry on top.($ 3) I also ordered strawberries and cream. I got them with everything which include cream, coconut, granola. small(4.50)The coconut was not very good I wouldn’t get it with coconut again. But over all every thing was great. I’m defiantly going back on a hot day! ****They charge .75 cents for a debit transaction.****

Not FRESH at all. Had the fruit with the chile and lemon(pico de gallo) the fruit was ripe and delicious. I also got an asada(flank steak) taco just to try and it wasn’t too bad actually. My husband tried the torta de milanesa(breaded steak sandwich) he said it was delicious. I also ordered the esquite but it was cold! Haha it’s supposed to be warm boiled corn in lime juice, cotija cheese, mayo, and butter. Also, the hubby ordered the trikidiablito and he said it was as if they pre-made it and stuffed it in the freezer so it was more like solid ice and not a raspado. I’m rating a 3 stars because, also, I know this area pretty well and if it’s the same as it was a few years back… The gang violence here is not worth risking for some fruit. Gangs are pretty heavy and do not take well to my African American peeps. My family owned a business just next door to here and it was pretty bad we had to move after a few years of harassment. Hopefully it isn’t like that anymore but I sure won’t stick around to find out. They do take cards which is a plus. The staff is not very professional. When I ordered I got stared at like I didn’t «belong»(I’m Mexican btw) lol maybe I needed to be more«Mexican» the girl seemed to get upset because we couldn’t understand her spanish(spoke to darn fast). Then questioned what I ordered as if I’ve didn’t know what I was getting myself into! Ummm, I go to the mercado in LA girl, I know! Lol just needed a quick fix.
