Very disappointed, it took them 21 hours to deliver our car they towed 9 miles. They kept telling me it would be at my house soon and promised it would be here before 11p.m. Then at 11:30 I called again and the lady I had talked to went home. The new person who answered the phone said the driver wouldn’t bring it until the next day after AAA paid the bill. I have had AAA Plus for over 30 years and haven’t used it in over 10 years. This is a representative of AAA, it’s written on there tow truck I can’t understand why they held my car hostage unless they were trying to charge more money! Call someone else. I will say the tow driver who finally brought it was very nice, he was just the deliverer.

It’s always a bummer when your car breaks down. But D & S did everything within their power to ease the pain. They arrived on scene within 15 minutes of my call. I had both my wife and my mother in law with me, so we needed an extra vehicle to get to the shop. They brought one out to accommodate us at no extra charge and no static at all. Both drivers were friendly and helpful, and gave advice about the best shop to take our vehicle. If you have to break down in Carson City, these are the guys to call.
