This is the second time using Atkins Carpet. They have a great selection Fair prices and we deal with Eric who’s customer service is outstanding! the second time we needed carpet we needed it done right away the carpet was picked out on a Monday night and was in on Wed. The installers are professional and both times have done a great job! Thank you Eric, Ken and Janet

All I can say is, if you need carpeting or flooring, you can’t go wrong here at Atkins. We’ve had three rooms carpeted(at different times) and we love every inch of them. This is one quality business! Not cheap, but first class carpets and first class installation. For the past three years we’ve been doing a complete house remodel(as money allowed), so we’re totally familiar with how flaky everyone in the construction industry is. Everyone! Plumbers, electricians, builders, whoever. Don’t show up on time, or on the day they say. Can’t get done in the time promised. It’s always something, and not in your favor. Well, enter Atkins House of Carpet. THIS is how it’s supposed to work. We walk in to look at carpet(and there’s lots to look at!). Someone comes to help us. We pick the carpet we want, but have to order the color. We make an appointment for someone to come to our house to measure the room. They show up on time, almost to the minute. They call when the carpet comes in. We make another appointment for them to come and install it. The installer shows up EXACTLY at the appointment time. What a concept! He installs the carpet in short order and does the expected expert job. We are thrilled with our new carpet. Other construction related trades — TAKENOTICE! This is how it’s supposed to work. When we think about carpets or anything ‘floor’, Atkins is the first and only place we think about. So should you.

You can buy carpet cheaper than Atkins. Everyone knows you can go down to Lowes or Home Depot and get something woven together by Chinese slave children for a lot less, and have it installed by illegal immigrants who will be working somewhere else the next week. But you’re getting carpet for your house. For the place you live. If all you’re trying to do is cover an ugly sub floor so you don’t have to look at it, indeed, go with Lowes. Or shovel in some dirt and plant grass. But if you want GOOD carpet at a FAIR price installed PERFECTLY, go with Atkins. As someone who has probably had more carpet installed in a month than you ever will in a lifetime, I can tell you that I’ve never had a complaint about Atkins. Never had to send them back for a «do-over.» And I’ve never had to call them and say, «Hey, your moron installers told me the job was finished and then I saw they left a big scorch mark with their bonding iron. You said that was impossible, but when they came back they made a bee-line straight for it.» Thankfully, that place is out of business. You’re going to have to live with your carpet for a long time. Make sure it’s good quality, and make sure it’s installed right– the first time.
