As a newcomer to Texas and Whataburger, I’ve got to say I’m not very impressed. The burgers are ok, but nothing I’d rant and rave about. They came out with a new chicken sandwich with buffalo and ranch dressing on it. That tastes pretty good. If you go to this location, expect to wait. If I want a late night snack I’ll come here since they’re open 24 hours.

Don’t come during late night hours, the manager working seems to always be in a bad mood, fries never seem to be served fresh or at least moderately okay to eat. Also be sure that they repeat your order because there’s almost always something wrong with my order.

I heard I HAD to go to this place. I’m not sure why… I got the double. It was a big burger. I guess you can compare it to a Burger King Whopper. The patties were pretty dry, and there wasn’t anything really going for it. Fries were ok, but nothing special. I got a strawberry/chocolate shake which was probably the best part of the meal. I have to say, In N Out has a much better burger.

I’m not the biggest fan of the burgers like the rest of my friends and fam but the breakfast is great! The breakfast sandwiches are always fresh and they use real eggs. Live the honey butter chicken biscuits and breakfast taquitos. The customer service is always good here but in my last visit it was just awesome. Went thru the drive thru and the lady was so nice and friendly it was like I was calling customer service. We had to wait like 3 mins, not even, for fresh fries and chicken strips which I don’t mind waiting for at all. At the 1 ½ min mark the manager was at the window apologizing for the wait. It was just super nice and refreshing from what you get at other fast food places. Food is always fresh no matter what you order. Love this location!

What else can be said that hasn’t already been said. It’s the In n Out of Texas, and dare I say it may even be BETTER than INO???

It amazes me that retailers who rely on good customer service put people on the front counter will little, or no, ability to speak English. I went in for breakfast for my family this morning(take out) and had to repeat my order several times. I ordered sides(extra hashbrowns and extra sausage patties) and cinnamon rolls along with breakfast platters. One of the staff brought out the platters with no sides or cinnamon rolls. They seemed confused when I asked for the rest. Once they checked the order(I don’t understand why they didn’t do that before they brought it to the counter), I was informed that there would be an additional wait for the rest of the sides. The person who took my order didn’t speak enough English to understand that«2 sausage patties» didn’t mean«1 sausage patty». I paid extra and got what I ordered. Minus, of course, the extra hashbrowns that I ordered. The staff assured me they were in the sack. They weren’t. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems with orders at this location, but it will be the last. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

The burger I got was really poorly made. It was falling apart. Also when they brought me my burger the lady seemed very unhappy about her job. I’ve been to many other locations and the people are always so nice.

Whataburger is by far the best fast food burger joint. I usually get the Jr burger meal, it’s just the right size for me. Most locations are pretty slow since they make it to order but this location is the fastest Whataburgers I’ve been to. So it’s convenient when i’m in a hurry.
