Slowest service in the drive through ever. It too us 45 minutes to get out meal nothing complicated a what a burger a patty melt and onion rings.

It’s a typical whataburger, so I’m not gonna comment on the food. It’s always solid. I’m here to talk about their customer service. At first, I was a little disappointed when they forgot my drink when I went through drive thru. I was in a rush, so I forgot about it as well. I called later the next day to tell the manager they had forgotten my drink. She said not to worry and ask for her next time I came around to get a free drink. I came by a month later and they remembered!

Super-friendly staff. The manager opened the door for me as soon as I walked up. Ordering process was smooth. The staff really seemed comfortable with the menu and POS system. Food was piping hot and fresh. Excellent experience. I highly recommend for a delicious breakfast or a hearty lunch/dinner.

Where’s the beef? First of all the drive through was super slow with only one car in front of me. Then when I got home, one of the burgers was missing the meat and the bun was hard. I had to drive back to Whataburger in rush hour traffic. I was only offered to get my money back on that one meal and no freebies for my wasted time and gas money. I went to Burger King instead and my burger was delicious, cheaper, and actually contained meat!

Food is decent but when the mostly black crew is there daily they really give you a big free helping of racism. Last time I took my daughter there 2 weeks ago, she was all apologizing. Well its like the Marsh store used to be now. We went from 8 times a week combined between us to now, not going back. It isn’t worth the hassle and hatred. This last time a big girl that looked like the manager was laughing and refused to open the window for ketchup after they shorted us. Lol, bye.

I’m a whataburger fanatic, so I’m at this location around 6 times a week. It is very consistent and they’ve never messed up my order. Can’t ask for more than that.

I use the drive thru at this location twice a week on my way to work in the morning. The drive thru workers are generally very nice, and I appreciate that very much. However, this morning I was helped by a young man named Malcolm. He was exceptional– very well spoken and friendly. Love this location!

It really depends on the time you go to this one if you happen to go at night time the staff is the worst very unprofessional and takes a very long time with your food.

Got a biscuit sandwich and a taquito. Halfway through my biscuit sandwich, I noticed that it was partly uncooked. Since it was past breakfast time she said that she couldn’t make me another but can give me a credit for next time. How hard is it to cook a thin piece of sausage? She did offer a credit and tried but she wasn’t apologetic at all.

So the buy one get one free Whataburger coupon sent to me doesn’t apply if I buy a Whataburger meal!!! I have to buy the Whataburger alone for the coupon to be valid?! Kind of BS is that…

Never ever had a problem before when an order that Whataburger patty melt and I swear they had to step on this thing to get it is flat as it is. It was cold and as flat as a pancake like the cooks were mad and just smashed it. This was done deliberately. Filed a complaint with corporate office and never got a reply.

Rude, poor service. I don’t expect much from a fast food chain, but these employees were just plain bad. Shame, because Whataburger is a Texas icon and to have your brand tarnished by a store that doesn’t care, is a waste.

We don’t eat a ton of fast food but the last 2 out of 3 times we ordered food here we got home and were missing something… which is so aggravating! Food is always good but would be nice to actually come with what you ordered!

Good greasy fast food that’s actually fast. My wait here is rarely more than a few minutes. Whataburger burgers taste like actual beef and the butter or oil toasted buns are awesome. You can order a shake as big as your head! We all know this food isn’t good for you, but when you are looking for a gut busting cholesterol bender Whataburger is the place to go.

I normally love Whataburgers fried chicken strips with Texas toast and gravy but I’ve been trying to eat a no-carb diet. Whataburger actually has a great protein breakfast option if you can’t make breakfast for yourself. Sausage breakfast platter with extra sausage and then ask for the grilled peppers and onions to be mixed in with your eggs. Its about the best option for a drive thru breakfast!

Must be short staffed because it took at least 10mins to get my food. Then on top of the wait after asking for Honey Mustard, I had to pay another .38 for a sauce? After paying $ 15.85 I believe that any sauce I need should be as free as their spicy ketchup.

They must be short staffed bc i started in line @ 8:42 placed my order 10 min later and finally got my order @ 9:08 after I gave the guy my order again(8:59 pm). Good thing he was really polite and nice so it made the whole transaction easier even though my sons milkshake was about ¾ filled. I think next time I see a line like this i’ll just walk in.

When my parents first discovered Whataburger in the early 1970s, that seemed to be the only place we’d ever go if we could find one. For whatever reason, I didn’t like it. I like my Happy Meals. I still confess, I like the semi-meat burgers at McDonald’s. I didn’t like the smell inside a Whataburger then — again, I don’t know what my problem was. Then, when I started going to UNT, I thought I’d give them a shot one night because nearly nothing else was open late. The place in Denton was nasty and the fries looked, tasted and felt like they had been taken from King Tut’s Tomb. So — I literally have been avoiding Whataburger most of my life due to some isolated rare experiences. Then one day I was working so late at work, it was nearly 4 p.m. when I realized I had had nothing to eat and I still had to run an errand at the bank. I was ok, but knew I might get a low blood sugar attack if I didn’t get something to eat before I went to the bank and the only place I saw around me that had a drive-thru was Whataburger. I figured, «what the heck?» I went through the drive thru, not inside. It took me a while to examine the menu because I am not familiar with their offerings. The person taking the order over the intercom was articulate and friendly. When does that ever happen at a fast food restaurant? Ok, maybe at Chick-fil-A — but this gal was really nice. She asked, «how may I serve you today?»(I like that type of greeting, yes I do!) and I responded, «I need to look at your menu for a moment.» I then asked what was on the Junior Whataburger and she quickly spouted out the full ingredients. So many times, I’ve been to a place where I ask what’s on/in an order and I hear silence and/or see a blank stare. This gal actually knew her stuff. Refreshing! As I pull my vehicle around the restaurant, I see a sign in the window that reads«One Nation Under GOD, Indivisible.» Holy cow! I freaking LOVE that! I am so tired of non-committal, politically correct crap. WOW — that is so refreshing. Can I say WOW enough? Ok — as I rounded about the restaurant, I was already feeling good about a place that would have this in the window — but that doesn’t guarantee that the food will be good. The burger sounded good as described, so I did not special order. I got the meal with a drink and fries. The burger was fresh and tasted like the best one you’ve ever had on someone’s outdoor grill. Now I can honestly say, «What a burger!» The fries were piping hot and good. I don’t get sodas often, and after working at a fast food restaurant myself(albeit 28 years ago), I know that those machines need to be properly brixed or the CO2 to syrup ratio is off and the drinks are either too syrupy or to watery. This was the best soda machine Dr. Pepper I’ve had in 2 decades. I was stunned. I now actually LIKE Whataburger?! I thought maybe it was just a fluke, so I went back today… again, SUPERFRIENDLY order taker, money taker and food giver people… and the burger was AWESOME. The fries were once again piping hot. Holy moley, Batman — I freaking LOVE Whataburger! Bye-bye McDonald’s! I’m a Whataburger girl, now!

Whataburger can probably be summed up as the pride of Texas Fast Food. Many people who are«in the know» about Whataburger that don’t live here will generally make a point to have at least one Whataburger before leaving the area.(I’ve actually had someone request for me to bring them one in Indiana before.) This particular location is not special in any way, shape, or form – only that it is the one that happens to be closest to my house. But Whataburger overall is easily one of the better burgers in fast food. From the standpoint of burger customization, they’re kind of the«In and Out» burger of Texas. Not that you can get your burgers«animal style» or anything, but rather that you can get the burger just as you like it, and it’s always a fresh, tasty burger. Therir menu is very simple and un-cramped(though more varied than in-and-out). Whataburger is just corporate enough to give you an expectation for walking into one of their stores, but still stands to be «the little guy» of fast food in Texas. I always get at homey, warm-fuzzy feeling when I go to a Whataburger. When I go to Whataburger, I typically order the Whataburger with cheese. One of the great things about Whataburger is that you can get fresh chopped jalapenos on your burger, as well as a number of other things. The fries are also very good, and I’d say probably second to only McDonald’s fries. As I write this review, they offer(for a limited time) spicy ketchup. This is AWESOME, and I highly suggest you try it. Also, I think they’re open 24 hours, so it’s a great place to go after a night out drinking as well. Also, the taquitos for breakfast are a good bet as well.

This is my standard Whataburger. They almost always get my food right, and don’t mind cooking french fries to go with my bacon, no cheese BOB at 4am.(I have never ever liked Whataburger’s hashbrowns) I almost always get breakfast from this location as I hit it on my way to work. and sadly, they know me here. I start my order and sometimes, I don’t even have to finish ordering before they tell me my total. I’m pretty predictable. Usually the same faces here, which is awesome. I know of 3 – 4 regular late night/early morning people that are almost always here. There’s been some change up in the last year or so, but overall, it’s the same folks. Food is always nice and hot. Soda is always great(perfect syrup: soda ratio). For what it’s worth, Whataburger ranks FIRST on my Dr Pepper list. I have a list(in my head) of fast food places where the Dr Pepper is consistently great. Whataburger is first. Always.
