1st time ordering with panda delight, 1 star for arriving nice and hot. Food was pretty pricey for no flavor at all. I ordered beef egg rolls, beef and broccoli and general tso chicken. All had little to no flavor. I had no problem with Customer service. 45 min to arrive.

I just placed my first order from here and haven’t gotten my food but feel that I can already review… As many reviews before me have stated! Ruuuuude! I was on hold(which is simply them setting down the phone) and over heard a gentleman belittling a customer over the phone stating«I don’t understand your words and you need to speak my language!» Mind you he has a heavy accent himself! He also told the person«read the menu before calling! You read the bible before church don’t you? Well do the same here!» I was just amazed! He came back to my phone and asked me for the address… I started giving it to him and was in the middle of spelling my street when he cut me off and said«I don’t live here I don’t know how to spell your street so I don’t know where to go!» At that point I was over the attitude and said«well if you don’t cut me off and let me finish you will know so please stop talking while I finish my sentence!» I hope their food is good because my first impression was awful! Update: food took over an hour for delivery and arrived cold… I heated up my hot and sour soup and the flavor was good! But I don’t order takeout to just have to cook it when I get it!

I called to place a delivery order. Obviously there is something wrong with their phone because the guy kept saying he couldn’t hear me.(I called my sister afterwords and she said she could hear me just fine so the problem wasn’t on my end) the guy was rude. He called me trash and a b**** and said«g** d***» along with several other vulgarities over the course of the 3 minute phone call. I asked him why he was talking to me like that when I was just simply trying to place an order and he said he had no patience and could not hear me. I hung up and took my business elsewhere. My boss said she called earlier in the week to place an order and had the exact same problem. She said the guy kept saying he couldn’t hear her and then started to call her horrible names and cuss at her. Their menus are now banned from my work place. Do not do business with this place. They obviously don’t care about their customers.

Terrible service. These people are the absolute rudest. I ordered online with my debit card forgetting that i received a new one in the mail. So of course it declines. That’s my fault. Full responsibility. But the guy calls my phone and leaves a message yelling and screaming«shame on you!» Ok, i get him being upset, maybe thinking it was a prank or someone wasting their time. Understandable. I activate the new card, call back, apologize and provide the new info. But again rudex1000!!! He tells me it BETTER go through this time and scolds me for using an invalid card. Im sooooo shocked by the service! Never ever experienced anything like this. No thank you, keep your food sir. Please read reviews people. I definitely wish i had taken the time. Unacceptable Panda Delite.

Delivery was fast. Was able to download app to order. end time and just a great tasting as first. Meal was hot! They carry my favorite dish Singapore noodles with all the meats which has been hard to find since I had it years ago in ky. Cost us little over 20 for people. Was able to tip on app so driver only had to have me sign and give me order. Driver was nice but quick as expected.

To write this about a restaurant really pains me because I’m an entrepreneur who understands the hardships of bad reviews. But when I am blantly called a liar and«just want something for free» the line has been drawn and now I’m gonna use every source I have to make sure people know not to come to your place of business. So here’s what happened not even 5 minutes ago… At 12:34pm I decided to order Chinese food. There was a couple of pamphlet style menu’s in the office of this restaurant called Panda Delight! I ordered the General Tsao’s Chicken(5.50) with two extra egg rolls(.95 each) and added shrimp to it(the charge was $ 2.00 for 3 shrimp. I later learned it would have only been 3 shrimp). I was told it would take 45 minutes which is crazy but I was ok with. At 1:05pm the food showed up. I went to my desk super hungry and excited about trying the food. I open the box to begin eating(I love a good presentation) and noticed that the Shrimp that I ordered was not in the box. So I checked inside the rice, under the chicken, under the broccoli, etc… No shrimp! So I called Panda Delight to share with them my discovery and the man raised his voice at me. I asked very calmly I might add to speak with the manager. The head chef came to the phone and said«I know I put shrimp in your box ok! Look in your box«. Now at this point I’m second guessing myself as if I overlooked the shrimp somehow, but after looking for the shrimp again, I shared with the chef, that there is no shrimp in my box. He remain steadfast in the fact that he put shrimp in my box. Then the chef crossed the line and said«I don’t know what’s going on here or what you’ve done but I know I put shrimp in the box». Now what does that statement mean to you? To me, he’s calling me a an outright liar. Like I’m trying to get something for free! So I told him to «keep my Two dollars and the shrimp! I will be writing a review regarding you and this restaurant». So here I am, suppose to be working, but I’m writing this review. Make up your own mind as to whether or not you should go here for food, but if you ask me, I would implore you not to. My Mistakes… *I never try a new restaurant without first checking reviews on Unilocal! But I went against my knowledge and did it anyway.(Had I took the time to look I would have seen that Panda Delight has a 2 ½ star rating) *Never should have had food delivered to work. I am a work-aholic so I was gonna do what I always do and have a work lunch. My Takeaways *trust what I know! Hahahaha! STAYAWAYFROMTHISPLACE! THEYABSOLUTELYDONOTVALUECUSTOMERS!

Today was my second time picking up Chinese food from Panda Delite. I have to say, the quality is good and the price is affordable(different $ 3.99 lunch specials every day of the work week). Excellent value for good food that’ll see me through the rest of the day! The portions are quite generous. So far, both the Kung Pao Chicken and Garlic Chicken specials were good eating. I have had better spring rolls, but theirs are good enough.

Tried this place after a flyer was left on our door. Literally every dish was disappointing. The egg drop soup was bland and the wonton noodles overcooked. The rangoons were mostly bread and in a wedge shape that made it impossible to get filling with each bite. The fried rice was the best part, but even the average Chinese place has better fried rice. I won’t be ordering from here again. Delivery was fast.

I have been on the hunt for a good chinese restaurant since I moved to Texas, a little less than a year ago. Unfortunately, this was not a winner. It’s just like all of the other bad chinese food places around DFW. Delivery was quick and service was good, but food was not. I had the sesame chicken, which was just okay. i didn’t finish it. My fiancé had combo fried rice and said it was okay. He will eat anything, so that doesn’t mean much so of course I had to try it. I did not like the fried rice. At all. I also had lemon, which was the worst lomein I’ve ever had. I haven’t had found one restaruant that serves lomein like my main spots back home in SC. :( I would not eat here again, but it is definitely not the worst place I’ve eaten.

Wow! Understated good stuff for takeout/delivery Chinese food. They placed a menu on our front door and after checking out previous reviews on here, we decided to give this place a shot. We ordered the steamed dumplings, three ingredient soup and combo flat rice noodle. All three delicious. This is a hole in the wall kind of place. The other reviewers have it right though, they exceed expectations. The soup was great. A nicely bland broth, but the veggies and meat in it were fresh and tasty. The steamed dumplings were good. Maybe because they taste like normal dumplings, which is to say they aren’t the overly chewy, tasteless ones you get from your average takeout Chinese place. The noodles were good, but a bit too greasy. There was a lot of good meat though, so that was a big plus. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

First and last time we are ordering from there. Food got delivered timely but the quality was terrible. Ordered schezwan beef and was the worst I ever had. No whole red chilis(hello there, I ordered schezwan !!)and just beef with shredded veggies and their mystery pathetic sauce. Wife has to say the same about her garlic pork. Both dishes tasted same except some different veggies. Hot and sour soup not good and bad egg rolls. Not spending a dime there again.

i’ve ordered from here a few times. their crab rangoon is not the best I’ve ever had by a long shot. it’s more cream cheese than crab which is fine, but i barely ever get a taste of crab. i’ve gotten the pupu platter which is good. they orange chicken is decent, too much breading. i tried the orange beef last week and wanted it again. today it is completely over cooked crunchy some places and like jerky other places. i’m not a fan of their steamed rice because it is always way too dry(and i don’t usually have enough sauce) so i decided to get a side of lo mien. normally i can eat this by itself because it’s usually a little oily(not dry) and comes with veggies so as a side plain lo mien is a meal in itself sometimes. this time it came like boiled noodles and that’s it. no flavor, no veggies, not fried or however they make it. just plain noodles. seriously!!! i pay an extra $ 0.50 for that? not a happy camper. i feel like every time i order its a crapshoot. one day it’s fantastic another day it can wish i had my money back. proceed with caution when ordering.

This is delivery Chinese food. It’s not Pei Wei or PF Changs. The sesame chicken was hot and crisp, as was the broccoli that accompanied it. The pork egg rolls were also hot and crispy but a little chewy on the inside. The fried rice was very sub par. But you get what you pay for. My main reason for ordering from Panda Delite was because you can do it all online. I ordered and paid from my phone, and the hot food was at my door 14 minutes later with a bag of sauces and a fortune cookie. It was like $ 12. I will definitely order from them again. No utensils or napkins were included FYI

I don’t know what is up with all the bad reviews on here. This is the ONE place in the area that is open and delivering today during the ice storm. The woman on the phone was very polite and spoke English well. We ordered the beef fried rice, veggie fried rice, and egg drop soup. I checked our food thoroughly for gnats and didn’t find any. The food is fresh, delicious, and huge portions especially for the price. The veggie fried rice has tons of veggies including cabbage, broccoli, mushrooms, carrots, and peas. It’s not too salty and if there is MSG in it it’s a minimal amount. The delivery man was very kind and the food got here in 30 mins even with the roads iced over, plus it was all the perfect temperature. We will order from them again and again!

The worst service I’ve ever experienced. I placed an order for delivery wanton soup, received it with a gnat in it. One would be passable, but I continued to uncover more. So naturally I called, as I wouldn’t be eating it I expected my money back. All I received was accusation of lying and no consolation. The rudest service, I am actually baffled.

If I only had one word to describe our first-time order from Panda Delite, I would pick«acceptable.» But as luck would have it, my review is under no such limitation. We ordered crab Rangoon, General Tsao’s Chicken, and Happy Family. After the addition of a $ 1 delivery fee and $ 0.75 for a «card processing fee,» the order was $ 26.XX, which I felt was a bit steep. Of course, I could have just cancelled the order, but I haven’t had Chinese food in a year, and my delivery options are pretty slim just now. Delivery was quick; no more than 25 minutes from the time I placed my order. Everything arrived intact and hot, as it should be. The crab Rangoon, which cost $ 4.75 for six pieces, was mediocre. The filling was about what one would expect, not great, not bad — but also not enough. There wasn’t nearly enough filling, so the crab Rangoon mostly consisted of the fried shell. It wasn’t bad when dipped in the sauce from my General Tsao’s, but I definitely wouldn’t order it ever again. The General Tsao’s Chicken with steamed rice was okay. A little sweeter than I would prefer, but I have had FAR worse. The container was full of meat, which is in contrast to other reviews stating that the portion size was small and mostly«filler.» That was not my experience; I have lots of leftovers to prove it. My dish was heavy and full of meat, with the right amount of sauce, and four decent-size pieces of broccoli — one in each corner. Sadly, the broccoli was probably the best part of the meal. It was crunchy, but not undercooked, bright green and delicious. My primary complaint about the General Tsao’s was that the breading was soggy and already separating from the chicken. There also seemed to be a LOT of breading. So that was pretty unappealing. Other than that, I would say it could have been substantially spicier. It was more sweet than spicy by a pretty large margin. This may make me sound like a cheapskate, but… everywhere else that I have ever ordered a full-size, full-price dinner portion from has included an egg roll. Not that the meal wasn’t filling or I(or anybody) really need the calories… But I like egg rolls. If I had known it wasn’t included, I would have ordered one. The menu didn’t say anything about including or not including egg rolls. I just assumed, based on 15 years of ordering Chinese food from various restaurants in various cities, that there would be an egg roll. I guess we all know what happens when you assume… The Man ordered the Happy Family with fried rice and pronounced it «good.» The shrimp were big and I heard lots of crunching from his general direction. The vegetables were crisp and the meat/seafood was all fine. However, he did try the crab Rangoon and pronounced it «terrible.» That may be a bit strong as criticism goes. They did all get eaten(mostly by me). I guess my advice would be to avoid fried stuff — crab Rangoon, breaded anything. Panda Delite does fine with steaming and sauteeing; deep-frying, not so much. Oh, and pay cash(if you can) to avoid that card processing fee. It’s less than a dollar, but really, it’s the principle of the thing.

They are under new ownership/management…since this change the food has gone down hill in taste, quality & quantity. You get literally at least 50% the amount you would have before. Every time we’ve ordered since the change out order has been consistently wrong. And twice we have gotten sick and we each had something different from the menu… so whatever it was that made us sick had to do with them and not a certain bad batch! Today they were going to all the neighborhood putting their menus out… I was outside with my two dogs and the guy kept trying to approach me while I was holding my dog back from him. I told him we won’t order from them since their changes, the food is not good anymore. He smiled and said ok. Then proceeded to come onto my property to cut across my yard while I have my two dogs out there. My dog was even more protective since he came onto our property. I had to tell at the guy to get him off of my property and he took his sweet time. Walked on my brick walling around the side of my house. I called the«restaurant» and the guy(who understood and spoke English just fine) kept asking for my exact address to come pick up the menu. I kept telling him, the menu was not the issue. I kept telling him I needed him to acknowledge that I do not want them on my property again. He kept insisting that their people have menus all the time… AGAIN… NOTABOUTTHEMENU! The conversation got very elevated… I explained we want nothing to do with them. If they come on my property again I will call the police. I miss the guy who use to run this place! They always made the food right the first time! Very nice! If I could now give them less than one star I would… I DONOTRECOMMEND!!!

Absolute worst delivery /food service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I suppose my lesson is learned; read reviews before ordering delivery. Upon receiving their flyer on my door, I decided to try it out. I don’t expect cheap Chinese food to be extraordinary, but I do expect it to be BUG free. Pouring my soup into my bowl, going in for the first bite… a gnat. No big deal, one is understandable I suppose. But I uncovered more, I stopped at three which was enough to put me off it. Still, not the biggest of issues. I called them back expecting consolation — a simple return. All I got was the rudest experience of my life. Accusations of lying, yelling, refusing to refund my grand total of six bucks, and many snide remarks. My husband also ordered a meal and was beyond unsatisfied. So — awful service and awful food. I truly hope they go out of business. I am still in disbelief.
