Mill’s Doughnuts

I have been getting donuts here for several years now and the food is always consistent and good. The donuts and kolaches are always freshly made and the service is friendly and quick. I don’t get the review about the inside of this place as I have always seen it very clean. Yes it is simple in design but as another reviewer stated, it is not owned by a big corporation, and I really like that it is a small family owned establishment. The place is very clean, the prices are great, the food is great and the service is great. What more could you ask for? And yes, I always get free donut holes when I order a dozen donuts.

This is a small place on the inside it didn’t come across as a dirty place, there wasn’t a lot of money put into it because it doesn’t belong to some major corporation. This was my first experience here and I got donut holes and a chocolate donut for my son and we have no complaints everything was good.

Don’t let the modest appearance of this shop fool you! I’d come here anyway just because the couple who runs this shop are so amazingly nice. (Not sure why the previous reviewer didn’t get donut holes; I’ve gotten them every single time I’ve been here and ordered more than one donut.)
Their donuts are super light and fluffy, and their kolaches are YUMMY! I like their regular kolaches, but the ones wrapped in croissant dough are SUPER. Mmmmm!
I’d come here any day of the week.

As I walked in on a Saturday morning, the first thing I thought is ’ this place doesn’t entice me to eat inside.’ It wasn’t dirty, but it could have been cleaner, brighter and a bit more modern. It made me literally think twice about buying donuts from here, but then I said– hey what’s the worst that could happen… I could think of plenty.
This shop didn’t have a lot of options, and everything looked dull. I decided to just get 2 glazed donuts. They were good glazed, but I think all donut shops should be able to make a good glazed donut or shut down. This shop doesn’t throw in free donut holes with your order like other places. The cashier was nice and welcoming. Honestly, there are too many good donut shops to go back here.

The donuts here are great! I stopped by on a whim in the late morning, and I was afraid that they’d be out of all of the good donuts, as happens with other places. Nope! They had plenty to choose from, and I found 2 of my favorites for $ 0.75 each. They did not have any coffee made, but they did have many soft drinks to choose from. Friendly staff. If I’m in the neighborhood again, I’ll stop by.

This place really deserved two stars… for one reason.
They make their kolaches with hot dogs… I THINK. I’m not too sure, but it was hard for me to tell.
Did that stop me from eating it? Hells no… I was hungry this morning. But the bread was really good and the jalapeño/​cheese made it even better.
The third star was earned by the woman behind the counter. Uh, they need to clone this woman because she was TOO CUTE. She was so nice and very accommodating. This is the way I need to start my morning. I’ll go back and try something else next time…
