I stopped in for a quick repair on a sweater that was raveling down at the bottom of the sleeve. The owner was very sweet and helped me immediately. The charge was so minimal and the experience was pleasant. I inquired about rates on other repairs and will be bringing other items back. They also do shoe repairs so I’m sure I’ll be here often.

Don’t go here! I gave her too many chances and just disappointed with this shop owner. I walked in 3 weeks ago to have my jeans hemmed shorter. Well she was on the phone for good long 10 minutes and She didn’t acknowledge me so I started to walk out. Then she puts the person on hold to ask what I wanted pants hemmed original ends of jeans kept, she quoted me $ 10, even gave me a ticket with $ 10 on it with my name and phone number on the ticket stub due next Tuesday. So next Tuesday I come by, she doesn’t have it ready and I leave empty handed, she promises to have it ready tomorrow. I show up 2 days later to be generous, and shocked to see the shoddy job she did, and asked her why she didnt keep the original stitch line of my pants as i requested and the thread didn’t match. She said I didn’t say so. I told her «you were on the phone and I did tell you to keep the original jean stitching.» Ok she says come tonight I have it ready and she found the original stitch she cut off to dispose in trash with other gargage. She is maddening, and I didn’t want to pay and leave because she didn’t do the job right and I want her to fix it. I show up the next day wanting this service to be over with, phew its been almost 3 weeks, she proceeds to tell me its $ 15. I show her the original ticket stating $ 10. She said well for keeping hem its $ 15, I asked her why she didn’t tell me, she responded «I was on the phone». Lady, please get off the phone. If you don’t want my business, don’t stop me when I’m trying to walk away from my original visit in your shop.
