People love to complain about the tow companies. Its never their own fault that their vehicle was towed. They call the employees thieves, even though most have never even been to jail. When you pay a cheap roadside to tow your piece of junk vehicle, NO THEY AREN’T GOING TO RUSH OUT AND PICK YOU UP, BECAUSE YOU ARE CHEAP. You get what you pay for. God forbid tow company employees want to make a living and support their families. You people don’t seem to care that they risk their lives on the side of the road to tow your crap for a mere 30 or 40 bucks, (which they only get maybe $ 10 of). You don’t want to have to deal with a tow company… don’t go to jail or push your broke down hunk of junk to the shop.

If zero stars were possible, this company would have it. After more than 8 hours with a broken down truck, we finally cancelled. The reason we didn’t do it sooner was because every time we called, they led us to believe their ETA was within 90 minutes.
I doubt they ever tried. My husband finally called with them saying they «didn’t have enough trucks»…IN 8 HOURS???
On top of it all the man on the phone had the nerve to call my husband «young man» and proceeded to raise his voice at my husband who was just trying to get our truck towed to a shop before it closed for the day.
As a customer, my husband felt very disrespected and insulted. The lack of respect from this company is appalling. We are in the process of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and letting our roadside service through our insurance company know that they should cancel whatever contract they have with them as they are extremely unreliable.
Thankfully I was at my in-​laws house when it happened. If I had been on the side of the road and they left me there for 8 hours, I would have been terrified.

The biggest crooks uneducated unprofessional border line thieves I have ever encountered in my life. It’s a shame that the city of Carrollton does business with these unfair bunch of liars uncivilized people. We’re in 2015 for crying out loud. Hope they never experience gods mercy.
They create problems and hold your car hostage to suck you blood and your money and may God punish and suck their happiness accordingly. Hope they can enjoy the money they steal while they burn in hell. All of them in that location are uncivilized crooks.
