Our company used Elite Valet Services for our annual general assembly and party last year.
They were very amazing — showing courteous customer service and drove/​parked cars with ease. No one had to worry about anything because we had good valet.
Moreover, they were on time, professional and very accommodating. They were so good at their job that they only left when all our guests had left Awesome!
Great company… great valet guys! I highly recommend them! You won’t be disappointed!

It was a great experience working with Elite Valet Services.
We had this valet service for a grand wedding event. We wanted our guests to freely walk in the event without having to worry about finding a parking space. It was a great idea to use their services because the staff was courteous and professional. Moreover, they provided affordable prices as compared to other companies. The guests felt comfortable around these guys for they have provided fast and well-​paced valet services. Most of all, they all had positive attitude and have provided the kind of service we were looking for. I will recommend this company for anyone who needs valet services.

Elite valet did a great job for my recent company event. It was a morning event & pouring down rain. The guys were prompt, courteous, and prepared to walk every guest from car to door with an umbrella.

Last week I used this valet service for a private event and I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything went. The office staff was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed to have my event run smoothly. The valets were very professional, they looked sharp and most importantly, they were on time.

I had my car scratched and returned to me, after multiple email and photo exchanges after about a month that the manager claimed they are not at fault. If you are valeting your car, I would not trust this valet company from my experience. Neither do I recommend you use this valet company for your guests.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered with a valet. The valet running the operation at Plush on Main Street on Thursday night was one of the rudest people I’ve interacted with recently. They seemingly had one runner after a club full of people let out. I asked about the wait on the car and he told me that the line could be jumped for $ 10., which my date paid. When I was a little shocked by this, he made snarky comments under his breath and then refused to give me his name. This seems like the same type of scam as airlines cranking up the AC on a flight and then selling blankets. Elite valet definitely needs another front man or some customer service training for their employees who are out there wearing their logo and representing their company. This guy not only makes their company look bad, but also the company who hired them.
update: The manager or owner did email to try and make things right. I do appreciate that. I like how Alicia had to come in with her fake 5 star review and catty personal attacks to try and balance something out. Let your boyfriend fight his own fights… you weren’t there.
