Unfortunately, I lived here for too long… just too long… Rent: 1 bedroom 1 bed/1 bath $ 529.00 2 bedroom 2 bed/1 bath $ 330.00 — $ 365.00 3 bedroom deluxe 2 bed/2 bath $ 440.00 3 bedroom 3 bed/2 bath $ 315.00 Please visit the complex first, and ask around before you sign a year contract with them. there are other options in this area for not too much more for your money like Carrollton Place or River’s Edge. pros: –very close to the University –parking spot is never a problem, unless you live in building A where all the students NOT living there sneaks in and parks –mostly only students live thre(especially the ones that doesnt know any better or has no cars) –cheapest apartment complex in town that is still still decent and can be considered a safe area due to its proximity to the school cons: –bugs, bugs, bugs, bugs, bugs bugs. roaches, bugs –management was nice to me when i lived there, but some people that i know that lived there did not have very good experiences –honestly, although most of the tenants are students, it is mainly the less financially supported students who live here… that can be a good or a bad thing… depending on who you come across… I have made some very good friends when I lived there, and still, there were many shady characters hanging about as well –no washer or dryer connections so u have to either use the laundry room that is located on site(and they sucked! it ruined baskets and baskets of nice clothes for me when I lived there and they dont compensate for your loss) or u can go to a laundromat somewhere in town… or ask a good friend who lives in a better apartment complex to let you use theirs –no dishwasher. they have been promising a dishwasher will be added to everyone for YEARS! it. will. never. happen. –walls are thin so it almost feels like you have no privacy, and u can hear people’s footsteps upstairs. –it is hard to really throw a good party here because the place is too small to comfortably have more than 10 people hanging out… If you dont have a lot of money, and you spend most of your time in school and work, this place may be do-able. Just make sure that you find good roommates to share such a small living area with… the place is really the closest you can get to school, so the location is a plus since it is so easy to walk to school and hang out there instead when the walls of those tiny rooms start to suffocate you.
