Less than pleased with the econnect(now smart cloud) software. Watching multiple demos it seemed like this would be an ideal software for our new practice. Now we are left feeling duped. Very cumbersome and slow to use. I sometimes think I would have been better off making electronic soaps with word and using a free billing software. That doesn’t even take into account the regular system crashes and messages indicating I will need to restart the program because Future health has experienced a problem. Live and learn.

I have been using eConnect for almost a year. I made the mistake of buying the unlimited app option. In my opinion you should stick with the basic and cheapest option. In the past year they have not rolled out any new apps, and the ones that they have are third party apps that you have to pay an additional fee for. Also you have to pay about $ 124 a month for storage and tech support. There really is not a tech support team. You will be told to watch a video. I am very disappointed in this program. When I did the DEMO, I was told about all these exciting apps that were coming out soon. This never happened. If they could have a better LIVE support division and came out with more apps, this program could be great.

Luke Warm… Been trying to run the eConnect software for almost 9 months now… even with the Apps it’s kind of cumbersome on the front end and there have been MEGA delays in the rollout from what was first«pitched» to me… I should have listened to my Father-In-Law and gone with a company that had a proven product and not the Alpha… $ 2500 lesson learned… don’t know if I’ll stick with it or not, shows potential but when I called Customer NO Service the last two times I got a voicemail… Glitches are there(not big ones)… I guess what scares me is that a few of the Chiropractic Colleges have signed on to run the software and I think its either going to fly or flop BIGTIME… trying to convert our ledger to eConnect now, but from the tutorials there doesn’t seem to be any credit card processing within the system(flaw) and there are more rough spots but I value my time more than the software’s alpha shortfalls.
